About this property

Charming chalet (150m2) located in the heart of the Belleville Valley: in St Marcel. This picturesque village is near St Martin de Belleville, known for its access to the ski area of Les Menuires and the 3 Valleys with more than 600 km of track. The property is 800 m from these famous slopes.
There is the possibility to go there by shuttle (free) which is located 50 m from the chalet.
The latter was completely renovated in 2017 and now offers modern comfort and luxury in a real mountain chalet. Back in ski possible.

The house with all these facilities can easily accommodate two families.
In order to make the most of your stay, the chalet includes
2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a sauna; 2 double rooms (large bed 160x200), a dormitory with 3 beds (with the possibility to transform into double beds); a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen, a pleasant dining area offering splendid views of the valley, a living room with a flat-screen multimedia TV, a ski locker with boot dryer, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, three balconies, free wifi access and also a parking space.

The village of St Marcel is a source of relaxation and pleasure throughout the year. The prestigious 3-star Michelin restaurant "la Bouite" is located just 100 m from the chalet and offers a complete spa complex.

In addition, the Belleville Valley, apart from being particularly attractive for winter sports, also offers many activities to fill your vacations in summer. With the multi leisure card you can for example go hiking, lifts, go to the fun park, attend shows, practice many sports, go to the pool and much more remains to discover!

Nice Challet but terrible Service

It was very hard to locate the challet and property manager was up in the mountains and unavailable by phone. The stay overall very good and comfortable, the service was good during stay. However, we were shocked to discover an additional large amount charged, even though we left a spotless chalet. When we asked, we were told the charge was due to furniture damage which we did not do (table was covered for te entire duration of our stay and we were charged for a scratch that was clearly there before we came); another charge was made for an undone shelf- the shelf was screwed loosly and already falling out thewall. I'd expect a challet manager to check the apartment well before handing it over and not charge with no reason. The most preposterous thing was, we were charged for plugging in a television plug, which we unplugged so the children would not damage it!!!!!!! We met over the property with the manager on site before leaving and everything was great.
