The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field.
Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available.
