This large apartment on the second floor of a Haussmann building is located in the Halles district, less than 5 minutes from the Seine. With its three double rooms, it can accommodate up to six guests.

The apartment is bright for a 1st floor since it offers a clear view (South for the whole apartment / South-East for the master bedroom). Benefiting from all the comfort of a modern apartment, it has kept the charm of the old, typically Parisian, with its parquet floor and its apparent stones.

It is composed of a living/dining room, an open fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate) and a laundry room.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a television (with international channels). The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection. The dining area can accommodate up to six people.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment; one has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds.

The kitchen (with a window overlooking the courtyard) is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. It includes a bar area with three dedicated chairs.

Secure building: First door with a badge and second door with the same badge. Armored door.

The apartment is located in the center of Paris and therefore close to the metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14 as well as the RER lines A, B, D). It is therefore easy to move around in Paris but also outside of Paris.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Very clean property in a great location. Right next to the Chatelet metro station which takes you almost anywhere around the city. Great communication from the management company. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Paris Apartment
You won’t regret booking this apartment for your Paris vacation. Amazing location - 15 minute walk to the Lourve and the metro entrance is literally steps from the front door. Monoprix (grocery store) is a 7 minute walk and the best croissants located across the street. Before booking, I read the reviews about the noise. It’s a busy street with restaurants, but honestly, it became a non-issue after the first night. I used earplugs, but others in our travel party did not and never mentioned the noise as a problem. Comfortable beds, fans in the bedrooms, blackout curtains, a welcome basket, and a thorough instruction book on how to run the appliances. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again if Paris ever calls us back.

Location, location, location!!!
Six of us stayed here, loved every bit! This is less than a block from a Metro stop that gets you everywhere easily. I thought the bathroom configurations odd before we got there. They were actually quite usable & made sense with six of us there. Quiet rooms w/fans if needed. The drier took several runs to work, only lacking issue. Daily we went to the bakery across the street, recommend the chocolatey pepitos! Stove wasn’t working when given the initial tour. They had someone come fix it the first day! Wonderful time in Paris with this home to return to. So convenient, we swung by home on several days to drop off shopping before heading back out at night. Would stay there again!
