About this property

Our Condo Building is currently (2022-2023) having remediation work done on its exterior. This should not have a material impact on your stay as the other aspects of Bridges Bay and the Okoboji area will be available throughout your stay. I learned recently that my deck and my grill will not be available for use until the Fall of 2023.

Luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor lake view condo located at Bridges Bay Resort, the hottest resort in the area. When open, Six (6) free passes daily to the indoor & outdoor water park, best outdoor pool and swim up bar. Crazy Parrot Cantina and Bracco Waterfront Restaurant located in Resort. Huge dock system for fishing.

No worries! All the comforts of a luxury home. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and microwave. Spectacular lake views, beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen TV, six panel doors, tile floor, walk in closets, huge 300 sq ft covered deck.

Master bedroom opens to the deck, has king size bed and his and her sinks. Second bedroom has queen size bed, third bedroom has queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Living room couch has a fold out queen size bed. There is also a play and pack for your use.

Non-smoking condo. No Pets permitted.

Family Reunion

We were in the area for the funerals for two family members. Lee, the property manager, was extremely helpful to us and was very prompt in answering questions and meeting our needs. The property was undergoing some renovations which Lee told us about before we arrived, but the property itself was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was that it was quite noisy at night(people talking loudly in the hallway at night and children running across the floor in the room above us) but Lee had no control over these situations. I would certainly recommend this property mainly for the compassion shown to us by Lee and for his commitment to meeting our needs and making us comfortable at a very difficult time.
