This 1928 house is peacefully nestled in the woods. Here are beautiful beech forests and deep spruce forests and everything in between. Your own bathing area about 1 km is on Lake Luhrsjön and you can also borrow rowing boats and take part in fishing rights included. The house is fresh with preserved charm. The kitchen is fully equipped state of the art with dishwasher from 2016. New toilet / shower from 2016. 3 bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic room. 1 bedroom is located in the decorated room in the side building. Dining room with charming medallion wallpaper and white painted spontaneous ceiling. Quiet, quiet and peaceful and 5 km to the nearest town - Hästveda. Here, anyone who wants to breathe fresh air and the opportunity to relax find their oasis. Experience the white sips in the spring, picking mushrooms in the summer / autumn, forest walks with your dog, sneak out into the woods and chances are you will see both moose and deer, take the oak and fish in the lake or read a good book in a nice environment! Warmly WELCOME to Luhr!
Final cleaning is done by the guest but can possibly be bought for SEK 1,500 as well as linen and towel can be rented for SEK 200 / person and stay.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Es war für uns 4 inkl. Hunde ein gemütlicher Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel. Tolles Haus, schöne Umgebung, großes Grundstück und Nähe zum See. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter absolut reibungslos. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Sommerurlaub 2023

Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen ok. Was sehr schade war, das einige Sachen (z.B. Sitzbezüge in der Küche, Gardinen sowie Kopfkissen, Bettdecken und Matratzen, schmutzig waren. Etliche Stühle/Sessel, haben Ihren Lebenszyklus weit überschritten. In der Küche, waren die Schuladen, teilweise nicht sauber. Die Küchenuntensilien, waren ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer, gab es keine Steckdose für einen Fön/Rasierer. Der Tolilettendeckel war in der Halterung gebrochen und kaum belastbar. Die vorhandenen Gartenmöbel vor dem Haus, waren nicht benutzbar, da hier schon diverse Nägel herausragten und Bretter durchgegammelt waren. Außerdem, waren in zwei Räumen Küche/Wohnzimmer, Innenkameras installiert (lt. Aussage des Vermieter nicht aktiv, dies konnten wir natürlich nicht überprüfen). Das Gästebuch mit nützlichen Hinweisen/Tipps für den Aufenthalt, war nicht nur zerfetzt sondern auch schon mehrfach mit Flüssigkeiten durchtränkt. Das zweite kleine Schlafzimmer, hatte Stockflecken an der Wand, hinter dem vorhandenen Heizkörper, gab es diverse Durchfeuchtungen. Der Raum war sehr schmutzig und nicht gepflegt. Wenn wir nicht unsere eigene Bettwäsche (Lacken, Kissen, Bettdecken etc.) mitgehabt hätten, hätten wir in diesem Räumlichkeiten nicht geschlafen. Dies hat alles in allem dazu beigetragen, dass wir bereits vorzeitig abgereist sind.

Woodland serenity

We had a wonderful holiday in this typical Swedish farmhouse. Situated in the woods, not far from the lake we enjoyed the peace and quiet this house brought us. Henrik is a sympathetic host and the accomodition is as described in the website. The only improvement suggestion we would make is to renew and improve the set of pots and pans.

Toller Aufenthalt nahe der Natur

Den Aufenthalt habe ich sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt idyllisch in Waldnähe. Die nächsten Häuser sind mehrere hundert Meter entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man einen malerischen See, in dem wir oftmals im Sommer schwimmen waren. Das Haus selbst enthält alles, was man zum Leben braucht, insbesondere ein moderne Küche und einen riesigen Garten mit Feuerstelle.

Ruhig und für Familien ideal

Wir haben die Tage wirklich genossen. Besonders der große Garten und der nahegelegenen See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war für uns als Familie und unserem Hund einfach perfekt.

I am the fifth generation who has the privilege of owning and managing this cultural heritage. The recreation in the forest and land provides energy for the daily stress in the city and a much needed environmental change. The silence is amazing and the sky with all its stars a little closer in the black night. Lursjön is a 5 min walk from the house and there is a small cozy private bathing bay where the villagers bathe and there are opportunities to fish and grill sausages and take the rowing boat out on the lake.

Why they chose this property

The accomodation is a time document of times gone by and here you can relax in peace and quiet and in harmony with nature and everything you can discover in the forest in the form of animals and nature. Close to Skåne's cleanest lake Lursjön where you can both swim and fish.
