About this property

Super apartment, directly on beautiful sandy beach and next to all facilities

The apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated in 2017 and completely repainted in 2023, consists of 3 bedrooms (in total 1 double bed and 4 single beds, all beds being long [200 cm] and with mattresses of excellent quality), two bathrooms with toilet (one with a bath tub and the other with a walk-in shower), living room, open fully equipped kitchen. In the apartment there is TV with a big number of channels. The Wi-Fi is through a private router (optic fibre with a very good speed).

The apartment has a large shaded terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools. The building has three swimming pools: on the outside a very large swimming pool and a paddling pool for children, and inside a heated swimming pool with spa (closed from May to October). The access to the building and its garden/pools is protected and reserved for the occupiers.

It is possible to book a parking space (extra charge).

Right in front of the building there is a long and wide sandy beach (Le Fossa / Levante) with very clean sea water ("Blue Flag"). A wide sea promenade runs along this beach.

All facilities are located next to the building: dozens of restaurants, cafes, ice-cream bars, a small and very well provided supermarket within 1 minute walking distance, and two very large supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance.

A bus stop is located right in front of the building and it is possible to reach the port in 5 minutes and the old centre of Calpe in 10 minutes. On foot, the centre can be reached in half an hour.

Calpe is a charming little town with a very lively centre. Among the attractions are the "Peñón de Ifach" (possibility of walking / climbing, bird watching), the beautiful sandy beaches and the very clean sea water, water sports, the theme park for children, the large number of restaurants, cafes, shops, fishing and yachting port, old town centre etc.

Also, Calpe is ideally located. The mountainous hinterland is ideal for excursions by car, bicycle or hiking. A 25-minute drive from Calpe you will find Benidorm with a multitude of attractions: Terra Mítica (large theme park), Mundomar (dolphinarium), Terra Natura (zoo) etc. In Altea (15 minutes by car) there is a beautiful golf course as well as historical monuments. Alicante is less than an hour's drive away and Valencia one hour and twenty minutes away.

The nearest airport is Alicante (just under an hour by car). Besides by car, the transfer can be done by regular bus, shuttle service (on reservation, only little waiting time, goes directly to the Paraiso Mar building) or by taxi.

Please note that during the season the arrival will be after 5 pm and departure before 10 am. Outside the season, schedules are more flexible, and arrival will often be earlier. The agency that manages arrivals and departures closes at 8 pm from June to September and at 6 pm from October to May. In general arrivals cannot take place on Sundays or public holidays.

A damage deposit of 250 € must be paid on arrival. It will be refunded after the stay provided there has been no damage.

Fabulous apartment!
We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely Calpe apartment. The location was brilliant right on the beach. We stayed in October and the outdoor pool and the indoor pools were both open (bring a swimming cap for the indoor pool). The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Gorgeous views from the balcony. We enjoyed walking to the old town in the evening. There are plenty of shops near by. The owner was really helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

A perfect location for a family vacation
We loved our stay in this apartment. It was so convenient to the beach and the sea front for dining and shopping. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. All the necessary amenities were provided. My only warnings for future guests... The water heater is very small so a family of four will need to take very quick showers. The last to shower always had a cold finish. And the wifi was very difficult to connect to do don't rely on having wifi.

Lovely Apartment
Spacious and well located apartment with good pool and pretty gardens. There is a large balcony with nice views of the pool and promenade. Nice cafe bar located at the front of the building. Hope to visit again.

We are a couple living in Brussels. We use the aprtment ourselves a few weeks during the year and rent the apartment the rest of the time, so that it does not remaing un occupied. Staff from a local real estate agency located 50 m from the apartment will meet and greet the tenants and deal with possible questions during the stay.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is quite roomy. It has three bedrooms with high quality beds. The whole apartment was completely renovated in 2017. The beach in front of the building is fantastic (long and wide with white sand).
