Large Rustic Villa

Large plot with a spacious property which the owner has undertaken upgrades throughout . Good location but please note the local town does not have connecting pavements to the property so a vehicle is essential .

Très bon séjour

Maison et extérieur bien équipés. Manquerait qq cintres et un petit saladier mais linge de maison fourni et maison agréable. La piscine est parfaite et entretenue deux fois par semaine par le propriétaire très discret mais disponible. La ville d'Aups est une belle découverte en terme de dynamisme et de services.

Beaucoup de potentiel à valoriser

Joli terrain et maison. Néanmoins des améliorations seraient nécessaires (pas de cintres, lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel, manque des ustensiles de cuisine) Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est venu voir les fuites du toit suite aux orages.
