With a capacity of 10 people, surface 240 m² it is very comfortably equipped for a weekend or holidays.
It consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms: 3 CH double beds and 1 CH 4 single beds, two bathrooms / Italian showers. It is located in an exceptional environment at the foot of Mount Charvin and in the heart of the Aravis massif, 35 minutes from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand, 45 minutes from Annecy and its lake. The situation of this cottage allows many sports activities in Summer and Winter: hiking, skiing, snow, mountain biking, snowshoeing, fishing, climbing all water sports, golf 18 and 9 holes 15 minutes. Rest and calm assured.
It is rented all the year as well as period of the end-of-year holidays. Price according to the period - Weekend or week

Super Chalet chaleureux, spacieux et equipé

Superbe chalet dans lequel on se sent tout simplement accueillis : l’emplacement idéal pour se ressourcer au calme (niché près d’une source) le chalet alliant l’ancien et et ses espaces refaits à neuf, tout equipé. Super literie. Hôtes chaleureuses. Un vrai séjour de rêve.

UN HAVRE DE PAIX

Strictement rien a redire, tout etait parfait. Superbe chalet familial ideal pour sejour en famille ou entre amis. Equipement complet (cuisine tout simplement fabuleuse), confort 5*, et communication remarquable et sans probleme avec toute la famille des proprietaires, a l'ecoute du moindre petit souci. La region est ideale pour des visites et promenades, et les paysages sont de toute beaute. Les ados ont adore les baignades dans le torrent. A recommander sans hesitation.

Location chalet

Un chalet très confortable à la décoration chaleureuse. Équipement complet. Au cœur d une très jolie vallée qui nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux sites de randonnées. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en famille dans ce chalet. L'équipement est complet de qualité, la décoration est faite avec gout et les hôtes sont charmants et à l'écoute. On cherchait un endroit paisible et nous l'avons trouvé. J'aurais néanmoins un petit bémol à formuler ... le chemin d'accès peut être délicat en fonction des véhicules. Néanmoins, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et je ne peux que recommander ce chalet.

premières vacances entre amis

Cadre très calme et reposant. Nous sommes venus entre amis pour nos premières vacances en groupe. Le chalet est tout équipé et confortable. Reculé dans la montagne, le cadre y est magnifique ! Une adresse que nous retiendrons pour d'autres vacances !
