THE SPACE
Fantastic apartment! Perfect location! This beautiful and famous Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. We are certain you will have a wonderfully memorable experience.
The movie Birdcage with Robin Williams was filmed in this building and this movie setting is now available for you to enjoy. The 3 bed, 3 bath unit is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings & has a 45 ft view of Ocean Drive, the beach and ocean. The apartment has an amazing 2000 plus square feet of living space.
Enjoy the Great Room with windows showcasing views of Lummus Park, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and other beautiful Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive.

Luxury living includes 4 LARGE flat-screen TV's with cable, 3 large bedrooms--2 king size beds, 1 queen, 3 full bathrooms, bar & office areas, sofa, huge dining room table with seating for 10, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and condiments. Sensational Apartment!!

What can I say - this property is AH-mazing! The apartment itself is HUGE and the Art Deco architecture and furnishings are a real treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, right on Ocean Drive, the view is spectacular. The bedrooms are super comfortable and spacious with ample hanging space if you’re lucky enough to enjoy a longer stay. The apartment is very quiet despite its prime location. Inside, the apartment is immaculate, and you’ll find it stocked with extra amenities to enjoy – including beach equipment if you’re bringing the family. The building itself is very secure. As a group of 3 females travelling without our families we always felt safe. The concierge is brilliant (thank you Lillian for your assistance with all our luggage!!) The property owner Fran and her husband George were exceptional to deal with and made our stay so memorable. I hope to be lucky enough to return to South Beach with my family and without hesitation would book this apartment again.

Friends five night getaway!

Amazing location, views, nite life!! Three bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms gave 3 friends all the space to be togeyrher when they wanted and disappear when not! Living room, dining room and kitchen with everything you need! Spacious with tons of seating everywhere! Right across from the beach.

Exceeded expectations

When we walked through the door we could immediately smell the fact that the place was just cleaned. It was spotless. Appliances were top of the line, beds were very comfortable, towels were plentiful. I could go on and on. I was so happy with our choice. Usually we stay in a hotel on the beach - this gave us more room and beach access was just across the street. Restaurants close and even thought it’s really busy - it never impacted our sleep. A++++++++++

Location, Location, Location

You are right in the heart of South Beach and all its happenings. We would absolutely stay here again! The bars were all packed for the Superbowl but we had front row seats in our living room. Ocean views and Lumus Park were our views. The condo is very comfortable and roomy. Easy to check-in and out. No issues whatsoever. We didn't get to it, but they had a full closet of beach chairs and towels if we wanted to go over and hang on the beach. Highly recommended place.
