GENERATOR As a result of our recent encounters with two hurricanes and the history of reliable electrical power on St John, we have installed a 25KW full service generator that automatically runs when the local power supply is challenged. To enjoy your vacation you will need uninterrupted power so you can have such basics as refrigeration, air conditioning in bedrooms, lighting, spas, entertainment and so much more. St John has not lost any of its beauty, the locals have rebounded with all the necessary services, but when it comes to electrical power you can never be too prepared.

The stay was wonderful, Keri and Lisa were attentive and responsive hosts, the experience was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend the home for a small group or family. The amenities were everything we needed and the house was very comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Perfect 20th Anniversary GetAway

We absolutely loved our stay at SeaRock on St. John. We returned to the island 20 years after our honeymoon here and found this home fit all our requirements. A beautiful view of the bay, air-conditioned bedrooms, a pool, bedroom that had a beautiful view, a nice and functional kitchen and just a beautiful, light, clean space for us to relax and spend time together. This exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioned bedrooms were a nice retreat from the heat, the pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day, the deck was the perfect place to watch the sunrise (and the moon) and enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. Surprisingly, there were hardly any bugs in the house even though it's equipped with screens all the way around (which made a nice cross-breeze) the main floor. We can't wait to come back!!!

Loved the views.

We had a great time. I told the managers after we left that the washer will not rinse. The plunge pool leaked down about 5 inches. All doors would lock but one. The villa is very well built. I was amazed at the great quality used on the villa. Looks like marbled Tiled on the first floor deck. Doors opened wide for views Screens have rips but still keep them closed to keep mosquitoes out. They were not bad. I get them at home. Nice hot tub. Composite wood on lower deck. Bedrooms are beautiful and nicely air conditioned.

Stunning views

We absolutely loved this property. The views are absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed. The communication was fantastic and they even checked in on us a few times via text. You only need to turn the AC on at night in the bedrooms and we shut it off during the day to not waste electricity. The location is perfect. It truly was paradise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend your home to all wanting a peaceful stay in St. John!!!
