About this property

Independent dwelling located in a secondary house occasionally occupied by the owners outside rental period. In the center of the village quiet and not overlooked, away from traffic. Large paved courtyard of 250m ² with shaded terrace of 25 sqm. Wooden deck. Closed wooded park with 2 basins. Entrance to the ground floor apartment with cloakroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Local outdoor storage with garden furniture and barbecue. Floor with kitchen (extractor hood, refrigerator, 2 electric plates, oven roasting, microwave, etc.) open to living room with sofa bed and TV. Dining Area. Two bedrooms each with 1 bed 140 and wardrobe.
Only linen, sheets and pillowcases (65x65cm) are to be provided. Blankets on the spot. Possibility to rent sheets (fitted sheet, sheet, 2 pillowcases): 30 € per bed
Most: housing located in the heart of the Millevaches plateau in the Regional Natural Park; numerous circuits of pedestrian excursions, VTT and VTC on the spot. Fishing, golf, swimming in the lake and horse riding nearby. Cross-country skiing in winter at Bonnefond.

Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire à l'arrivée et au départ. Explication et utilsations des éléments de la location, parfait. Très bon cadre pour les enfants avec un très grand jardin arboré. 2 grands lits et un clic clac, parfait pour 4 à 5 personnes. Seul petit bémol, il manque un couteau à pain. Cela semble ridicule mais ce ne sont pas des baguettes mais des tourtes et des couronnes, donc plus difficile à couper. La proprétaire à pris note et à même prévue des travaux à refaire l'année prochaine pour les vacances de février.
