Very pretty villa of 160 m2 with a lot of character and very well equipped, construction in stones of Gard on 2 700 m2 of raised and flowered ground, swimming pool 9 x 4,5, oven with pizzas, 2 rooms with bed of 160 + 1 room in the basement with bed 140, 2 bathrooms, 3 Wc, piano, Wi-fi, terrace, summer kitchen 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from St Maximin, near the sea , gorges du Verdon, lubéron ,, etc ... Quiet and relaxing place. Possibility to go to the village (shops) on foot.

The pool, tiled, is located in a part of the garden very protected and out of sight. You will be the only ones to enjoy it.
