About this property

Villa Galicia has been completely renovated (end of renovations in April 2014). All bathrooms and shower rooms are new, bedding is new, plumbing has been renovated, an outdoor shower (next to the pool) has been built. The villa has contemporary outdoor furniture (garden furniture around the pool and at the level of the naya - covered terrace). The villa has a satellite TV, DVD, WiFi, airco. The sandy beach is 4 km away while coves (pebble beach) are a few hundred meters away.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory (supplement to be provided) as well as the rental of wi-fi. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a separate studio and has a separate entrance. This studio includes a shower room (+ WC).
PLEASE NOTE: the price displayed does not include cleaning costs (100 EUR), WiFi (30 EUR) and bed linen / shower sheets (15 EUR per person) which must be added. Fees are payable on arrival in cash. The deposit is also payable on arrival in cash and will be refunded after check-out.

Belle maison

Vacances en famille. Tres chouette maison endroit calme. Il me manque rien tout est pratique d'accès. L'échange avec le propriétaire Cedric est irréprochable et tres courtois. Je recommande cette maison. Il manque une petite climatisation dans la chambre parentale en periode de grosse chaleur.

Ein Traum!

Mit der ganzen Familie (6 Personen) haben wir die ersten zwei Aprilwochen in der Villa von Cedric verbracht. Um es kurz zu sagen: Es war ein Traum von A bis Z! Die Villa selbst hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Sie ist Top ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, den Stil könnte man als mediteranen Skandi-Stil bezeichnen - man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Grund stück ist mit schönen Pflanzen, dem tollen Pool und vier (!) Sitz- bzw. Loungegruppen außen einfach genial. Auch das Auto kann man toll auf das Grundstück fahren (ein zweiter Parkplatz ist auf der Straße gegenüber vorhanden). Wir haben die Tage in der Villa sehr genossen und auch viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Der Kontakt zu Cedric und auch zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super nett, unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Fazit: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen - dieser Platz ist ein Stück vom Paradies!

Nous avons séjourné à six adultes et un bébé de 19 mois dans cette jolie villa durant 3 semaines. Nous n'avons rien à redire... tout était parfait! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir sans hésitation
