About this property

Small independent house completely renovated surrounded by fields and vineyards next to the village of Blaison St Sulpice, 10 minutes by car from the Loire. Brissac Quincé is the nearest town, Angers is at 25 min and Saumur at one hour. The property extends over 5 hectares, in a quiet but easily accessible to all the charms of the Loire and surrounding villages.

The small house is composed of 2 large rooms to be lived / rooms with door windows overlooking the gardens. The bathroom is shared and is located between the 2 bedrooms.

The little house is yours. The laundry room is opposite to 2 m on the other house.
Deck chairs will be available, as well as wood to be burned in the skillet (which heats the two rooms). But there are also electric heaters.
