The Condo is close to Downtown Minneapolis, it is located in the Lyn/Lake (Lyndale and Lake St) neighborhood of Minneapolis. You’ll love my place because of the location, Xfinity high speed internet and its close to everything Minneapolis has to offer. Lots of local restaurant which are walking distance. Public transit is just a block away as well as wonderful places to eat and see. Plenty of free street parking and very safe to walk around any time. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Nice tornado watch apt

When the sirens went off we were already in the basement so that felt safe. The bed was comfortable . We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and coffee places . The placement of the sink and toilet is quite funky and humorous ( close ) in the bathroom , so the sink is a good safety bar to lift me up off the toilet . The sprinkler outside on the new lawn required some negotiation to stay dry going in and out . But it was a good challenge . Thanks Pam for accommodating our early arrival so we could leave luggage there . Also it was a quiet street, made for restful night . Wifi disappeared in the middle of a movie , not sure why .

Great "landing pad" for your stay in Minneapolis. Great location if you like good food, and interesting outings.

Location, location, location!

Great central location! Close to lots of things- downtown stadiums, light rail to mall of America and Lake Harriet. The king sized bed was comfortable. Kitchen could use a microwave and salt and pepper shakers. The bathroom is a tight squeeze, but manageable. We enjoyed our stay in Minneapolis!

I love real estate. I own a company called One Design. We are residential building contractors and rehab homes for resale. We started doing vacation rental an love it so much we have changed from buying to sell to buying to rent. I also work as a realtor.

Why they chose this property

We have been doing vacation rental since the summer of 2016. We bought this condo over a year ago and my goal was to make it vacation rental. This winter, I got the go ahead from the association and added this to our properties.

What makes this property unique

This building is in a great area of minneapolis. You can walk to most everything. Coffee, the lakes, public transportation. So much to see and do in the location.
