East St Gem is only 6 miles from fabulous Boyne Resort, with WORLD CLASS SKIING zip lining and the midwest's largest indoor waterpark at Avalanche Bay. The Sky Bridge is open for fall color tours.
We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with its own bath. AND a 43 inch smart TV. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. Attached garage for your convenience, we even have bicycles and yard games for you to use.. Leave your car parked and WALK TO EVERYTHING! Only 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, pubs, Lake Charlevoix, Public Boat Launch and Boyne's Famous Farmers Market. Ski vacation

We decide to take our yearly ski vacation to northern Michigan this year, it was the best yet. This house meet all our needs and was amazing. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. You won’t be disappointed in this place.

High School classmates, born and raised in Boyne City. After successful careers outside of Michigan, we returned to retire and enjoy the beauty and friendliness of a "Main Street" community. We have enjoyed owning and managing rental properties since 2000 and are proud to call Boyne City our home.
