The house of 120m2 is arranged around a large living room of 50m2 comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. On the same level there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two mezzanine areas overlooking the living room, which can be used as a play area for children. There is also a shower room with WC on this level. The gite is ideal for one or two families with children (we provide 2 cots, many games for adults and children of all ages).
It is also ideal for a group of friends who wish to get together for parties, skiing or hiking.
ACTIVITIES
There is a wide range of activities to choose from: In the summer you can go for wonderful walks or bike rides, organise horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing with a zip line and via ferrata, caving, fishing, etc. You can also go swimming at the Aillons swimming pool, at the Lescheraines leisure centre or at the Mottets leisure centre in Bourget du Lac or at the La Thuile mountain lake.
In winter, you can go downhill and cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
In all seasons, you can take a relaxing break at the thermal baths of Challes-les-eaux or Aix-les-Bains with the benefits of spas, massages and other relaxing activities.
The little curious ones can make a lot of discoveries at the educational farm of Aillons and at the station of stars of St-François-de-Sales among others.
The tourist office also offers a varied programme of events.
The region is ideal for buying and tasting delicious products from the surrounding farms: cheese, charcuterie de montage, honey and Savoy wines.
THE FACILITIES
The nearest shops are 4.5 km away with a bakery, a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and the post office in St-Jean-d'Arvey. There are also general practitioners. Major shops (local supermarkets) can be found 14km away.

On the first floor:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
- 1 small bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a rack.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another single bed with a small chest of drawers and a large wardrobe accessible from the corridor.
2 additional beds are available if required with a double sofa bed in the living room.
1 shower room with WC on the first floor and 1 shower room with WC on the garden level where the washing machine is also located.
Outside spaces:
- Off the dining room, a terrace facing a large plot of land with mountain views.
- Overlooking the living room, a balcony under a large roof overhang.
- Facing the house, a large orchard of 1500m2.

8€ for towels payable on site.
The amount is also payable to the concierge.
If you rent these sheets, you will find the beds made up on your arrival.
