The home is located on a private acre right in the charming and quaint village of Osterville. Walk to town for breakfast, use the included Barnstable Resident Beach Passes to go to one of the 16 Barnstable residents-only beaches including beautiful Dowses Beach less than a mile away, and relax at the end of the day around the fire pit in the back yard.
The home features an outside shower, fire pit, play structure, beach gear and everything you need for your beach vacation. There is a downstairs (master) queen bedroom as well as four upstairs bedrooms including one with a queen bed, one with a twin bed, one with two twin beds which connects through a doorway to another bedroom with a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms and one bathroom with a shower and an outside shower. The house is air conditioned with window units.
