Homw away from home in BlackRock
Connie and family, we can't thank you enough for opening up your beautiful home to us. Your home was not only a perfect size for all 7 of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom but the beds were comfy with plenty of linens and towels and wifi was not bad. The Airbus from the airport lets you off 7 min walk to the house in the cutest village of Blackrock where the train and bus stop into Dublin and the coastal cities can be explored from. We loved our trips to Bray for an Air show, Howth for the best fish and chips ! The park across the street is perfect to walk in the evening and plenty of food options minutes from the house like the Mellow Fig or The Wooden Spoon near the train with outdoor seating and the best Irish breakfast! Please Try Hilltoptours and ask for tour guide Johnny for true Irish wit and scholar rolled into one. So don't hestiate to rent this home if you need a home base to explore Dublin it was absolutely the best find and now my husband want to move to Black Rock and either be Johnny's side kick or drive the trolly in Dublin!
