Our villa is located in "la Saline les Bains" in the commune of SAINT GILLES les BAINS - SAINT PAUL (97460), on the west coast of Réunion. Or, 49 Kms from ROLAND GARROS airport near SAINT DENIS (north).
Access is either by the Route des Tamarins (RN1), exit the Hermitage then D100 towards Ermitage, or by the coastal road (N2001). A bus stop (yellow buses line T, stop "la Saline Les Bains") is located 100 M.
It is located in the residential DAYOT district, a few steps from the Saline beach (white sand beach, protected by a large coral reef classified marine natural reserve, allowing swimming in the warm water of the lagoon in complete safety) . A small supermarket and its shopping arcade can be reached on foot, and our villa is close to pharmacies and a health center, as well as in the vicinity of the LUX hotel and other high-end hotels. At 500 M you will find a beauty salon with spa, sauna, jacuzzi. A little further you can enjoy nautical activities, and 2 km north, the casino of SAINT GILLES, its 3 cinemas and its disco-club will entertain you. Nearby you can visit "the Garden of Eden" and use the fitness trail. Golf course 8 kms away. Many beach and gourmet restaurants are nearby.
Access to the villa is via a private driveway planted with palm trees. This villa is on one level (95 M² + veranda of 10 M x 4 M, on a plot of 630 M²), with in front: a garden of 280 M² including a beautiful swimming pool of 6 x 12 M (depth of 1.20 M to 2 M) in fresh water (filtering regulated with natural salt), with its lava stone solarium, surrounded by lawn, coconut palms, traveller's trees, banana trees, papaya tree and other shrubs and tropical flowers. From this place you can radiate over the entire west and south facade of the island.
A few minutes from the boat, helicopter and paraglider circuits; you can visit Saint Denis, the Saint Paul market, the Maido belvedere, to the wild south and its volcano, while returning in the evening to the villa to enjoy the swimming pool or the lagoon.
