Based on availability, we have Villa Del Palmar-Cabo, Villa Del Arco-Cabo, Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Mar-Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta-Villa Del Palmar Flamingos, Villa Del Palmar-Cancun and Villa Del Palmar-Loreto.
Holiday season (last 2 weeks of each year 50-52): studio at $229/night, 1 bedroom at $279/night and 2 bedroom at $369/night.
Winter season (First Saturday in November-First Saturday in May): studio at $199/night, 1 bedroom at $249/night and 2 bedroom at $319/night. Summer season (First Saturday in May-First Saturday in November) studio at $169/night, 1 bedroom at $219/night and 2 bedroom $289/night. Any day check in. Villa Palmar
Nice property, great stay. The only hiccup was having to move rooms the last night of our stay due to a booking conflict within the hotel. But Erika was great to deal with for the situation. I highly recommend booking with Erika.

Love Cabo!
We just spent two weeks at the Villa Del Palmar and it’s awesome! The staff are great they go above and beyond to make sure your happy! Also the rooms are renovated and have everything you need inside! I definitely recommend this hotel and room!

Love the Villa properties and the Villa Del Arco didn't disappoint
The host Erika was in communication throughout the process and was very helpful. The Villa Del Arco was impeccably maintained and sanitized throughout our 6-night stay. Any concerns about traveling during the Covid-19 pandemic were alleviated by this visit, both at the resort and throughout Cabo. We wouldn't hesitate to travel to the resort again and book through our host. An overall exceptional experience!!!

Great amenities
Our 2BR condo was very spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the pool was great. We were very disappointed in the WiFi expense in that it was per device, not per room. That expense added much more than we expected to the cost of the week and that was not clear in any of the information we received prior to our arrival. Also our room was not available when we arrived, even though we were after the check in time. I think the hotel does it on purpose so you’re forced to eat at the over-priced taco bar while waiting for your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably would choose a different location next year.
