The property is on a cross country ski/golf course and is 3 blocks away from the Park City ski lifts. Deer Valley and The Canyons downhill ski resorts, grocery shopping, cinemas, and outlet shopping are just steps away or available on the free shuttle. Shared pool, hot tubs and sauna on site. Pool table is included in unit.

Park City is an old mining town which has been renovated and rebuilt. The quaint atmosphere is wonderful. Whether you are hitting the slopes or looking for a fun day of shopping the downtown area, location is everything!

About The Owner

I love our condo. Even though I live only 30 minutes from Park City, my family stays there 3 weeks every summer and my extended family stay there the rest of the summer. The days usually start out with boating on Rockport Dam with a picnic lunch then back to the condo for an afternoon swim with a round of twilight golf to top it off. Stepping out the back door puts you right on the fairway of the 18th hole of Park City Golf Course. From golfing to boating in the summer and skiing to night life in the winter, our place has it all. The small town feel can be replaced with city lifein mere minutes if you travel to Salt Lake City.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1984

Why The Owner chose Old Town

We chose to buy in Park City because of its location. It was an easy drive for most of the family and a ton of fun, once there. Park City has a totally different feel than any place else. Life is easier, less bustle.

What makes this condo unique

While staying at our home away from home, you will have the time of your life! We are located right in Park City, a 2 minute drive to Main Street. If you aren't driving , the shuttle picks you up at the entrance to our condo. 2 grocery stores are just across the street as well as Starbucks and Burger King along with multiple other places to eat that are unique to Park City. The pool and hot tub are open year round, letting you warm up after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in for dinner in front of the cable TV. Fast paced days of hard skiing and nights of lounging around are in order at our condo!

Spacious and great location!

When you first walk in, the place looks a little dated due to the carpet and the kitchen cabinets. However, once you get inside, you realize that the appliances are updated, the bathrooms have been remodeled and the place is spotless! The kitchen is pretty much fully stocked and overall, it's just a nice cozy place that is very affordable. The loft bedroom doesn't offer a lot of privacy so be prepared for that. Very happy with our stay and would rent this place again!

Lots of room, great location!

The location of the condo is great! You do not need a car. It was virtually across the street from a small shopping center with a grocery (Fresh Market), a good restaurant, a drug store and a few others. A few more minutes of walking will get you to several more restaurants (one fast food), a state liquor store, and in the opposite direction, two ski/outdoor equipment stores. Yet its a quiet location with a golf course on the other side. The laundry room is across the street in the parking garage, and the hot tubs/sauna a short walk up the street. I wish they had been a bit closer, but its not a long walk. The Park City bus stop (its free) is about a 2 minute walk, and its a great service. The bus goes directly to the Park Mountain base area in less than 5 minutes. The Canyons base area is just about 5-7 minutes the other way. And the historic Park City district is less than a 10 min. bus ride. The condo is very spacious, very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The pool table is a great addition, has cable tv, and wifi. The t.v. in the master bedroom was off line, but it wasn't worth the time to report it to the owner, and I am sure its a minor fix. The 3rd bedroom is in a loft above the tv/family room, so its not a good spot for a light sleeper, or an early to bed person, but it was not an issue for my group. Its a great place to stay.

The condo is a bit dated but overall great for relaxing time with kids. Owner is very nice to work with. Pool table was such a plus. So easy to drive up to lift on back street in minutes.

Spacious condo and great location!

Our group of 6 had plenty of room in this condo. The third bedroom is more like a loft style as it is open to the upstairs hall and the downstairs area, so there is not much privacy for that bedroom, but this wasn't a problem for us. Adrienne was accommodating with our request to have a late checkout, and quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall great place to stay. The scenery out the back is gorgeous and the condo had everything we needed during our stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I would recommend to others!
