The apartment benefits from a private parking space within the residence which is closed by electric gate. A bicycle room and a common room also allow you to accommodate your equipment. But if you wish, you can also take advantage of the cellar on the ground floor (direct access from the entrance hall and the parking lot) to store your cycles.
The fine, clear sandy beach is 50 m down the street. Swimming is supervised from July 1 to August 31. It offers a constantly renewed spectacle. You will enjoy observing maritime life from your apartment (arrivals and departures of the shuttle to Breast Island, ballet of boats and windsurfers from the nautical club, bathers and stand-up paddle, surfers and bodyboarders when the swell is favorable, etc ...).
We provide you with towels, beach towels and bedding at no extra charge. The beds are made on your arrival unless expressly requested by you (linen maintained with an ecological hypoallergenic detergent). The bedding is of high quality (new mattresses, memory foam pillows, thick duvets) to guarantee you beautiful nights. We also provide you with free high-quality high chair and travel cot, upon request. End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
