About this property

My houseboat when not rented out is my home. The boat has been in my family for more than 25 years and is located on one of the best spots down town in the Jordaan area. Everything is walking distance and the biggest + is the outside deck to enjoy all year long.
My houseboat has all mod cons. Over the past 5 years I have had many satisfied customers, I do the check in and cleaning myself aswell as all correspondance.

What a wonderful stay in the perfect position! A+++

Fake's houseboat is in the perfect position of Jordaan. It is comfortable and it's really nice to sit out the back and watch all the boats go by. It's a 3 minute walk from Anne Franc house and everything else is within walking distance. Fake was the perfect host. His houseboat has everything you need for a comfortable stay and communication was excellent. We loved it. Thank you Fake. Rita and Michael Auld from Australia

Amazing canal spot

We loved our stay in Fake's house boat. Cosy, and clean and exactly like the pictures. He met us himself to show us how everything worked. The location was amazing - right in/next to the nine neighbourhoods. Tons of great cafes, stores and Anne Frank museum right there. Would highly recommend and we would stay there in future!

Just delightful

We’ve traveled to Amsterdam a dozen times, but this is the first for scoring a place on the water! Outstanding. Even in December, we sat on the stern of the boat every night. Location is perfect.

Amazing visit

We loved the houseboat we rented. The experience was unique and the location was perfect for us. We were close to Anne Frank House, shopping, and restaurants. Our host was amazing.
