About this property

This beautiful house with sea view is situated in the little Istrian village called Pomer. Pomer is only 3km far from Medulin and 6km from Pula. The house is placed in a loving, quiet and calm environment. The sea view is available from every room in the house, as is from the outside terrace.
The size of the house is 70m2. In the house are two bedrooms with king size beds,a bathroom,a living room with big SMART TV'46, stereo, DVD, air conditioning and a sitting area with the sofa which is possible to stretch into bed for two. In the house is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room also. Outside the house is a terrace with available barbecue place.
In the Pomer village you may also find few very good restaurants, markets and cafes all about 200m far from the house. 1,5 km far from the house is a supermarket where you may also find a bank and a dentist office. The beach is 700m far from the house.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Yachthafen und ist nur einige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Stränden entfernt. Mit dem Auto gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele auch in der Nähe. Dank der Klimaanlage war es nie zu warm im Haus. Leider hat es nur eine kleine Terrasse ohne Sonnenschirm und keine Liegen. Anders als auf den Fotos gibt es eine neue weisse Küche mit Ceranfeld. Ein gemütliches Haus in guter Lage!

nous avons passer une bonne semaine. point négatif il n'y a pas de parasol ni de barbecue. manque de vaisselle [ chep à café couvercles de poêle cassé ]. Ce sont des détails qui peuvent être améliorés bonne continuation et merci

Quiet, clean and very close to the beach and sight-seeing locations. Very friendly owner and quick communication to arrange check-in etc.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit Dean klappte problemlos. Sogar ein Early Check In war möglich. Danke nochmals dafür. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte haben wir: Für die Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm wirklich angebracht. Leider ist der Weg bis zum Strand weiter als die angegebenen 500m und einen Sandstrand gab es auch nicht. Für uns war das nicht so schlimm und wir hatten trotzdem sehr viel Spaß, aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung geändert werden. Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend.
