Inside the Regional Park of Morvan, this old barn tastefully furnished offers an exceptional view and absolute calm. Near Avallon and Vézelay.
The house of 350m ² with closed done up garden (3500m ²) is constituted, in the ground floor of a big dining room (> 100m ²) with opened kitchen, 1 chbre with bed of 180, cupboard, chest of drawers, wardrobe, SdB and TOILET.

Belle propriété

Nous sommes venus pour un enterrement, donc pas vraiment pour faire du tourisme dans cette région que nous connaissons bien. Rapidement accessible, à la sortie de l'autoroute, la maison se mérite sur les derniers hectomètres. Elle se trouve en bordure de Morvan avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Nous avions besoin d'un tel endroit, fonctionnel, bien équipé, spatieux, pour nous retrouver avant et après la cérémonie. Le propriétaire a eu quelques maladresses dans sa communication, au vu du contexte, mais s'en est excusé et nous a accompagnés à distance ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du lieu. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Tres bien!

C'est une très belle maison dans une belle campagne. Cuisine super équipée et les matelas sont bons dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons adoré la large terrasse et le beau jardin avec ameublement super relax! Nous aimerions venir encore une fois, tellement on a été bien ici!

Spacieux et confortable

Belles prestations, la maison est grande, spacieuse, reste fraîche même en période de canicule. Même si la maison est un peu excentrée / parc du morvan, les environs proches sont très sympas aussi (Avallon, Lac St-Agnan,...). Bonnes vacances !
