Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.

Villa set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
