Wonderful updated bathrooms and new furniture and TVs this 2 BR condo in Shipyard is near the pool and bike paths. Only a few minutes to the beach by car or bike, the oversize two bedroom condo has everything you need for vacation. Outdoors you have a nice patio area with grill to relax after a nice day on the golf course or beach. Great vacation home for the family. Community pool and free tennis too. Shipyard beach access is only minutes away. Miles and miles of bike paths with lots of trees for shade too. Free wifi too is included. Great rates too for a wonderful family vacation spot.

Downstairs, the living room has all new furniture, dining room table and chairs along with very large flat screen TVs to watch your favorite movies or shows. Right outside is a very large patio where you can grill out. Easy walk to pool and free tennis too. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes and all the utensils you will need to prepare any meal for the family. Upstairs you can relax in the beautiful luxury master bath to get ready for the beach or dinner out on the island. Marble thru out makes the luxury feeling complete with updated showers, vanities and toilet. Master bedroom has a king size bed, private veranda and LCD TV to enjoy shows. The guest room can fit three people with the queen bed and twin bed. Great updated luxury guest bath is en suite for your guests to enjoy.

Shipyard Plantation has 27 holes of golf, miles of bike paths, Dennis Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities, the Sonesta Luxury Hotel for dinner and a great Shipyard beach house where you can park and enjoy the beach. Loved it!

This was our 2nd consecutive year at this property and both stays have been awesome. Convenient location, nice roomy villa at a reasonable price. Nothing more to ask for! We plan to come back again next year.

Beautifully renovated & quiet vacation spot

Management was great and easy to get a hold of. The pool was behind just a few steps away but privately enclosed so it didn’t feel too close. Beach was less than a mile walk. Kitchen was stocked and beautiful! Water pressure in master was a little low and Wi-Fi spotty but everything was clean and comfortable! Would stay again!

Perfect!

We decided we wanted to take a little holiday over Thanksgiving. It was perfect! This place will easily sleep 10 people. It was so spacious, clean and perfect location. I can't say enough about the place and the manager Robert. He was great to work with. I highly recommend any unit that they own. Happy holidays to you and your families!

Great location

Great location, just steps from the pool. Nice patio in front and back. Our only complaints were that the mattress in the master is extremely hard, and the unit had an odor upon arrival. Had to buy a candle and keep the doors open to air it out.
