The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 4 counter stools at the kitchen pennisula. All new stainless steel applicances, with new cabinets and an upgraded granite countertop and separate pantry closet. The kitchen is well equipped with all new dishes, glassware and small appliances...everything you need for any cooking you might want to do. Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, a desk, it's own bath and a walk in closet. Views of the ocean on 2 sides. The 2nd bathroom is just off the 2nd bedroom which is equipped with 2 double beds and TV. Beds and bedding are also new. The patio has seating for both relaxation and eating. The unit has it's own washer and dryer. 4 beach chairs are provided. Enjoy the beautiful white sands of Amelia Island. It's Island Time! Steps to the beach via a private walkway and the refreshing community pool are unbeatable! Beautiful place, exceptionally clean and well equipped

Loved the condo. Beautiful, on the beach view. Everything was very clean and all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Mother/Daughter weekend!

Your Comments We had the best time! It was a mom and daughter girls’ weekend. We loved the condo. Everything was perfect. Our views from our balcony were outstanding! We watched the sunrise, saw dolphins and found some shark’s teeth. We had quality time together in a beautiful setting! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Wonderful condo! Perfect location! Lovely view! Had an issue with the sink and it was handled immediately! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
