Great location to explore an amazing city!

This was an unbeatable location for a home base in San Sebastian. Andrey was very accommodating- his colleague Valeria met us, helped with parking and cribs for the babies. Steps from the beach, just as promised, and a short walk to all the pinxos in Old Town!

We were comfortable in the apartment- fridge, dishwasher, washing machine- but a few minor drawbacks: the flat is right on the main street, so it was sometimes loud at night, and there was a loud rumbling in the front rooms from passing traffic. No windows in 2 of the bedrooms meant it was quieter in the back, but no natural light. Only real entry was via lift, great for strollers but took a little more time. Wish there was a better lighting option in the main room (lamp?)- it was very harsh at night (and visible to passers-by).

We were glad there was parking included, but it was in a teeny tiny parking garage and we ended up scratching our minivan on the exit. Our fault, but good to know that it's a challenge getting in and out of there! Overall, a great experience with a few flaws- but perfect for a few nights's stay with a group of friends!

Great apartment across from the beach and resturants

Apartment was great, very clean and a good size with 4 bedrooms. Very close to everything. Andrey was great as our first contact when booking but the women who meet us at the apartment with our keys was not at all helpful. Did not explain anything about the apartment as she seemed to be in such a hurry to just meet greet and be out of there!!! Not impressed, as it was our first visit to San Sebastián and she could have been more helpful and informative. Would recommend the property for a stay but would rather a more hospitable host.

Amazing Location and Easy Check-in Process

Owner communicated very well and his rental manager showed up on time for check-in. Amazing location and very large for a European apartment. The white furniture and decor feels very Iberian. 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is one more full bath near the foyer.

The only strange thing is that you have to go through one of the bedrooms, to get to the second entrance to the unit. Some people might also be bothered by noise because the living room and Master are right by one of the busiest streets in San Sebastian, but it didn't bother us.

Great central location

We stayed as a group of friends for a short break. This first floor apartment is modern, clean and overlooks La Concha beach. It is in a super spot - there are a couple of restaurants and bars just across the road and the old town is just a short stroll away along the prom - a pintos crawl is a must! Booking and ongoing communication with Andrey was clear and prompt. Great stay, thank you.

Fantastic apartment!

Fabulous modern apartment directly opposite a beautiful beach and within walking distance to shops, bars and sightseeing spots. San Sebastián itself is a great place with lots to see and do for people of all ages.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped/maintained. The pictures and description are an accurate reflection! Andrey was very accommodating, helpful when booking and always responded to any queries quickly. Would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location shame about the noise

The flat has a great view over the bay, and the old town and shopping streets are within easy walking distance - the beach is just across the road. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean as was the whole apartment. High quality oven, dishwasher, induction hob although somewhat sparse glassware (only 3 tumblers, for instance) The big problem for us was the noise from the road and weather (we were unlucky to have a storm on our first night). The bedroom giving onto the main road has a window that couldn't shut properly and there were no exterior shutters. The wind howled and whistled through the window billowing the very flimsy blind that was quite see-through so the room was lit up by the street light just opposite, conversations from passersby just outside the window sounded as though they were in the room, not to mention the busses and cars. I should point out that we live in a city, on a main road with buses and so are not used to sleeping in the quiet nor in a blacked-out room. We really didn't sleep well at all for our three nights. The flat is lovely, but it is also what you would expect for the price. Beware there is no parking uncluded in the rental and no easy on street parking within walking distance. We ended up parking in a private car park about 500 metres away.
