Photos and Description of this Pedregal holiday villa

Villa, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

Villa Luna Nueva is nestled in the hills directly above Cabo San Lucas in the exclusive, private, gated community of Pedregal. It is the perfect spot for those looking for privacy.

Beside the unique atmosphere and charm of Pedregal, its proximity to Cabo is the real benefit. From Villa Luna Nueva to the center of town is only 1.5 miles. You can quickly descend upon downtown Cabo and all of its festive day time action and popular beaches or its splendid array of nighttime dinner and dancing. You can easily take a short cab ride without the hassles of driving or parking. Within a few short minutes you can be at the door step of one of the finest restaurants in North America or the best night clubs in the entire world.

Villa Luna Nueva is perfect for lazy days of sunning, swimming and sipping margaritas. Relax by the pool and indulge yourself with in-house massages or facials. When night falls, fire up the BBQ for a real fiesta or have a private meal prepared by one of our local chefs. Later, enjoy a dip in the private jacuzzi.

The outside patio is accented with lights and decorations imported from Guadalajara. The ambience at night is stunning with the living room and dining room both opening up to the patio. The large pocket doors allow for true indoor/outdoor living. The evening atmosphere is so enchanting that many decide to forego the short trip into town and enjoy dinner on the patio. Villa Luna Nueva is the ideal romantic spot. Once you enter through the doors, you will instantly feel at home.

Once you have the experience of staying in a private villa with your friends and family you will want to return over and over.

Perfect house for 4 couples

  • 4 of 5

We had a bit of a problem finding the house when we first arrived. Once you get into the gated community, its confusing to find the actual home (the first time) and there was no welcoming committee. It would have been nice to have someone meet us at the guard shack but we finally were able to explain to the guard which house we were staying in because the guards barely spoke English. The house was great. 4 bedrooms, private, quiet, great outdoor area with a pool and bar, however, the pictures make the house look a little newer than it really is. The cleaning lady was amazing. She came for several hours each day and made our beds, swept, washed towels, dishes, etc. Because there was no one there to greet us or show us around the house when we first arrived, we had to find the clean pool towels and learn how to operate the TV's, ceiling fans and Jacuzzi on our own. We finally had the property manager come over to give us a tour the next day but we had to reach out instead of him greeting us. Our chef was incredible. He cooked us amazing dishes as well as daily guacamole, salsa and margaritas. We loved taking walks around the private, gated community and looking at all of the beautiful homes. We felt very safe but its a far walk from the beach. All downhill and you are not allowed to swim at that beach. You have to drive a few minutes to another beach to swim. The only real complaint was when we were in the car and ready to leave to the airport for our return trip home and the property manager had the nerve to ask us for $40.00 to pay for 2 wine glasses that we accidentally broke. We all know you could buy a box of wine glasses at Costco or Walmart for $20.00. We were offended that we would ask us to pay for the 2 glasses after all of the money we paid to stay at the house stay. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay at this house again.

Fabulous Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for eight nights in Cabo. The house was ideal for four couples, each with our own private bathrooms. The pool was the perfect size and all of the conveniences you could want were available at your fingertips. The Internet worked perfectly and phone service was available.

We walked into town in the morning but took a cab back almost every day unless it had really cooled off. The cab expense was between $18 and $30 depending on how many of us were traveling. To get to the beach on the other side was an easy 10 minute walk down and 15 minute walk back up. It is really a beautiful and quiet location.

The daily maid service was perfect and I only wish we could have thanked Isela properly for the great care she provided. Juan was ready at a moments notice and helped us make travel arrangements, book excursions, plan dinners, and even handle an emergency. We really had no idea how much we would rely on him; his service was tremendous. (Note - In hindsight we would've brought more cash for tips for them. We didn't think about that in our planning!)

We took a snorkeling trip, spent a day at an all-inclusive, went dancing a few nights and had fantastic food. The best day was when we took a side trip to Todos Santos. Ask Juan about the restaurant across from the Hotel California - the margaritas and pablano peppers are to die for!

We made the mistake of not having food at the house upon arrival but Juan arranged for a driver to pick us up and take us to Costco and Walmart. It cost $60 round-trip - not bad since the driver waited for us - but it would have been even better had we taken advantage of the service they offer to stock the house.

We had two meals prepared by Chef Quinonez. Both the food and service were outstanding. We ordered a meal that was not typically on the menu and a breakfast - both delicious. There was so much food we couldn't even eat it all! We would highly recommend a dinner with them.

We also had an opportunity to interact with the owner. Brian was easy to get ahold of and helped us as well. He had all kinds of suggestions and recommendations for a great trip.

All in all we can't say enough about the house, the services, and the experience. We will definitely stay here again!!

Viva Villa Luna Nueva!

  • 5 of 5

I recently spent 5 days at Villa Luna Neuva with a party of 9. Villa Luna Nueva hosted the entire party comfortably. The outdoor area was ample and provided an entertainment area. The indoor space was ample and spotless.

Juan made coordinating a stay for a large group easy. He provided everything from transportation, activities, a chef, and more. I can't say enough about the benefit of having a fun and knowledgeable local organize things. For instance, we were picked up at the airport and Juan greeted us with a fully stocked kitchen.

The owners were equally terrific. We left the a phone at the house and Brian helped get it back Stateside without incident. All in all, we had a terrific trip and comfortably recommend Villa Luna Nueva to others.

Great house, comfortable bedding & extremely clean!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 7 nights here and upon our arrival we were very impressed. The pictures don't do this house any justice. This place is very large and beautiful. The house is kept spotless by the awesome housekeeper. She was great and our stay was nothing less then spectacular. The walk to town wasn't bad but I would definitely recommend a taxi for the return unless your part mountain goat! The pool and kitchen were immaculate. All the rooms were large and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of villa rentals and this place was right up on the top with cleanliness. Even the gas grill is scrubbed down to a like new condition. You will not be disappointed here. I recommend no more then 8 people for a comfortable stay.

Great Property and amazing staff

  • 5 of 5

The home was more than I imagined it would be . So close to the beach , the marina and downtown Cabo. Juan was so helpful and there 24/7 for whatever we needed . The house staff was friendly . I would definitely stay there again . The only thing is once you enter Pedegral , I found the Villa hard to find and the security were not much help due to the language barrier . As soon as you arrive make sure Juan gives you directions if you plan on driving , so you won't be spend 20 mins trying to find the villa like I did . I would recommend a rental , getting to downtown and back is too far to walk because the villa is located on a hill overlooking downtown cabo . The road is cobblestone and it's a pretty steep hill to walk back up . The taxis will try to over charge you ! It was my 30th bday , Juan arranged for a chef to come and prepare dinner , a free 15 min massage from the local spa . Everything was great !!! Thank you Juan and team for making my stay 5 star !

Family reunion... Memories made.

  • 5 of 5

Not enough words to explain the amazing week we had with our family. 13 of us ranged from age 8 to 70, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for us. We had great care and service from the managing team. We had unbelievable maid service every day. Great kitchen, living space... But the fantastic outside area was where we lived! Such a great home for all ages.

One thing not mentioned enough was the neighborhood.. Wow! The views, the homes... and although NOT for swimming, one of the most beautiful beaches to visit! We loved our week.. Didn't want it to end!
