It is a quiet area to feel very comfortable, enjoying nature, next to a centennial pine forest for lovely walks.

Good location in a great urbanization at the Costa de la Luz !

Perfect building (modern, all facilities you wish, spacious, comfortable), wonderful garden, great pool; kitchen, living room, terrace: all in one, great summer feeling !

Owner's Response: Professors Markus and Nicole and their whole family are excellent. Very good communication with them. Charming family, worth hosting in one's home. We would like to have the ir presence in our home again.

We were welcomed by the owner and shown around the property. Everything that you need for a holiday this house has very well facilitated. Lovely quiet location. With some wonderful sights and places to eat within an easy drive. Highly recommended.

Un diez en todo!!!

Todo perfecto!! La casa de cine, el equipamiento más que completo, el recibimiento estupendo, el jardín y la piscina un lujo, la urbanización tranquila pero con todo a un paso, y las playas de las que te dejan con la boca abierta. Hemos estado como en casa. Cómodos, espaciosos.......y eso que estábamos cinco adultos y tres niños!! Perfecta!! Recomendable 100%

Pablo, que fue quien nos recibió, un encanto......hasta nos dejó cervezas y refrescos en la nevera, y algo de fruta para tomar recién llegados del viaje. Y de equipamiento hay de todo, cafetera, tostador, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, batidora, plancha, lavadora.........de todo!!!

Estoy segura de que repetiremos!!! Estupenda semana en un sitio maravilloso!!!

La villa correspondait exactement au descriptif de l'annonce et répondait parfaitement à nos attentes ; elle offrait notamment toutes les commodités pour nos deux petits-enfants ( couchage , chaise haute , piscine bien sécurisée , jeux ...) . Le propriétaire a toujours aimablement répondu à nos demandes .

Ravis du séjour

Nous sommes ravis. La maison est très très bien équipé. A savoir, elle est un peu loin "de la civilisation". Environ à un bon quart d'heure de la ville Conil de la Fronterra et à 30 min de Cadix. Ca ne nous a pas dérangé.
