When it's time to turn in, you'll have three bedrooms to enjoy. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, balcony access, and an en-suite bath. The second bathroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed with storage built into the staircase.

Great house but lots of ants in our experience...

We loved everything the house had to offer! It was perfect for our group - plenty of space and great location. However, there was an ant problem that we struggled to overcome!

Beautiful Place to Rest

What a fantastic location! Our family enjoyed how close this home was to the pool. It was perfect to take the kids to in between activities. We had minor issues with the TV that were fixed immediately. The rooms worked out perfectly for our family of 5. The younger two loved the bunk beds. The house was very clean and it felt like home. We were sad to leave but will be back!

Wonderful place

It was clean and beautifully decorated. It overlooks the pool which is lovely but not a quiet spot sometimes with vacationers enjoying the pool. As they should!

June 2022 Stay

The house is wonderful, nice décor and the beds were very comfortable. The driveway is very steep (even though it is small) so it is very difficult to unload and load car, you are better suited to park on street and walk up driveway to unload/load. As per previous posts, the dryer still does not work well. It took almost 3 hours to dry a load of towels and they were still damp at the end. The beach is a quick 1 mile or so drive, and you are lucky to find any parking-go early. A couple things included in kitchen not listed on listing: Coffee maker-you will need filters, toaster, blender and even a crockpot and kettle for tea. Also there are beach chairs in the hall closet, I think about 4 of them. We had already brought our own. There are beach chair/umbrella set ups on beach for $50-$70 day. Again, per previous posts, the pool is directly behind the house and is very noisy right up until 10 pm. The guest bedroom and the bunk room back up to it so it is hard to put kids to bed with all the noise. Overall we would stay at house again, easy access to Seaside and restaurants, shopping, Publix, etc.

GREAT GIRLS GETAWAY

The house was perfect for a girls getaway. The pool is directly behind the house, which was wonderful for those afternoon dips. The AC was faulty the first night, which made for an uncomfortable first night. However, the facilities team had it up and running the next day (thankfully!)
