Corneille is a charming, typical 1930s house. Tastefully renovated in 2017, it accommodates 4 people in perfect conditions of comfort.
The house is located in the quiet, residential area of "Sainte Thérèse", just south of Rennes train station.

On the first floor, the house features a large entrance hall with cupboard and separate toilet, a dining and living area opening onto the terrace and garden (with garden furniture), and a brand-new fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher...).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (2 double beds) and a mezzanine area with a sofa, for a total capacity of 4 people, and a beautiful bathroom with a large washbasin and bathtub. All bedding and fittings are new and of high quality.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival. There's also a wifi connection and a TV in the living room.
Ideal for a family, a small group of friends or colleagues visiting or training in Rennes, this house will immerse you in the very pleasant environment of this typically Rennes neighborhood, close to transport links and the city center.
