Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets

Fantastic Rome Apparrment!

Th property is in a great location just off St Peter's Square. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, all withim a 1 min walk. There is a pharmacy below the apartment, and a bus stop outside. Straight across the road is a taxi rank and a convenience store with everything we needed. A larger supermarket is about 6 mins walk. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, boty with double beds and the second with a single also. The main bedroom had an ensuite with another bathroom off the entry foyer. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a separate lounge and dining area and everything was very clean. The host Carla had her son meet us at the apartment on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had during our stay. If you are looking for somewhere in Rome to stay I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location!

This apartment was in a great location as you can see the top of St Peter's Basilica from your window. Very clean, lots of space and the air conditioning in every room was a welcome bonus.

Best spot for touring Rome

Carla met us at checkin at the apartment and welcomed us. She offered to arrange a driver to collect us when we arrived at the train station which I declined initially but accepted for our checkout and trip to the airport. The location is right by the Vatican and a short walk to the metro and the other sights in Rome. Loved the apartment. Clean and surprisingly quiet with the windows and shutters closed. Great for a family of four with youngish kids.

Spacious apartment and fantastic location!

My husband, infant son and I stayed in Carla's apartment for five weeks. We loved our time there. Carla and her husband were great hosts. They provided a cot for our son, as well as a change table and toys. Located next to the Vatican the apartment has an amazing view of St Peter's Basilica. The apartment was conveniently located next to a bust stop for bus 64 that travels to Rome Termini. The apartment was also a short walk from the number 19 tram line, a metro station and a train station. There were many restaurants and other stores located beneath the apartment. We would recommend anyone travelling to Rome stay in Carla's apartment. We hope to return there one day!!
