About this property

This one bedroom listing is charming and comfortable with a full-sized bed and a closet. Nestled in a two-bedroom apartment, you will have access to an artistically-decorated shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Sit on the deck with a mug of coffee and enjoy the day when the weather permits! Only about 7 blocks from the Mayo Clinic. You will be close to shopping, restaurants, parks, a tennis court, and a bustling downtown teaming with unique and locally-owned businesses.

Upstairs unit of a triplex built in the early 1900's. One full bed in private room. Fully furnished kitchen and the dining table is in main living area by a large picture window. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house. Private main entrance to the apartment, private bedroom with lock to the right as you walk through the living room. It will be marked #2. The main access to this unit is up the stairs on the deck on the north side of the house.

As this is an upstairs apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs. If climbing stairs is difficult for you this may not be the listing for you.
This is one of two separate listings so keep in mind there may be other guests in the other private bedroom. Living-room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.
Potential for noise -This is a shared space so there may be other guest. There is also a family living below, general street noise, and train within 4 blocks.
General quiet hours are from 10PM-6AM.
We have a television with the ability to get Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu (personal log in required). We do not have cable available.
There is a window air conditioning unit in the kitchen but not one in the private bedroom.

This was great place for my stay in Rochester

On short notice I needed a place to stay. The hosts answered my questions I had before I booked. During my stay it had snowed, someone came in the evening shoveled the deck, sprinkled sand to prevent slippage and shoveled a path to the cars. Woohoo thank you. I ended up needing to stay and xtra day and the hosts easily extended my stay. I felt safe the entire time I was there. Traffic noise can get loud at times, but if you sleep with the fan on, it’s fine.

Convenient location near downtown, shopping and business/medical offices. Quiet neighborhood & stay.

I recommend this listing for singles, couples and family. The kitchen, restroom, shared and private spaces were made for guests to enjoy.

The lousiest stay ever

This was the worst house ever the landlords were not very workable and they sure in the heck ain’t gonna give your money back I would never recommend these guys again and they might’ve hooked up with the wrong person cause I’m going to be researching you guys

Older home but very charming

Great location to the clinic and other necessities. This is an older home but very well decorated and perfect for just me. The stairs to the apartment are steep so if you struggle with stairs, please be cautious. The lock box was difficult to open but it eventually worked out. Response times from the owners was fast and helpful!

Small but decent. The apartment

Old home thus older apartment so don’t expect perfection. It is nicely decorated and private. There are 2 bedrooms for rent so be prepared for a roommate if you don’t need both rooms. I was there 4 days with no roommate and it was just right for me. For the price it was what I was looking for. Thank you Sara.
