Very nice!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this lovely house in August with our four sons and had a great time. The beaches are excellent, and the house felt like a summer retreat: the rooms were painted in lovely greens and blues, and had lots of room for our family (there was a bedroom we never used!).

The owners were extremely helpful, even taking our calls while they were at the beach to help us find the place, and offering information and pointers that made us feel at home.

Highly recommended!

We spent our summer vacation in July 2015 at this beautiful summer home. We had 10 people during the duration of the week and it was extremely comfortable and roomy. The downstairs had two bedrooms with double beds with window air conditioners, a good size living room and very large kitchen. The three upstairs bedrooms were equipped with window air conditioners too and they all had double beds along with a small playroom for kids/TV room and a full bathroom.

The kitchen was nice and open and airy and easily accommodated 10-12 people easily especially if we got evening showers and could not sit out on the outdoor deck. Loved the wall colors – so bright and cherry! The outdoor deck was delightful to sit on especially during the evening when returning from a day at Narragansett Beach! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful – day and night.

We had four teenagers staying with us and they all enjoyed walking to and from Narragansett Beach along with stopping at the shops across the street from the beach. They would visit Nana’s Ice Cream shop for ice cream and gelato most evenings and couldn’t get enough. Each evening after dinner the teenangers would trot down to the beach and take selfies and post them on Facebook –

We took a ride out to Point Judith and bought some lobsters from the boats returning back to port for the day and enjoyed a surf and turf dinner which was outstanding!!! We ate out a few nights -all went to Georges of Galilee – the seafood was outstanding and the tropical frozen drinks!! Another evening we went to Charlie “O”s and enjoyed yet another wonderful meal with outstanding service!

Stop & Shop was easy to find to do our needed shopping along with Benny’s for any other item needed that we didn’t have or need.

We would stay at your home again next summer!!!!

A place perfect for my large family

  • 5 of 5

Very clean. Lots of room in kitchen for eating and cooking. We liked to eat on the deck on good days. Beach a close walk. Young children enjoyed the playground 1/2 block away.

Could not be more pleased

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for two weeks in July and could not have been more pleased. The entire process of renting this home was quick and easy. Mark was very quick and helpful when answering all questions. When we arrived, we walked into a very clean home that was exactly what we envisioned a house by the sea would look like. The kitchen is very large and is stocked with just about every pot or utensil you could need. There are plenty of beds, table space, a nice deck with a couple of tables, umbrellas, grill and outdoor space. This house is in a prime location – it is on a dead-end street and close to restaurants, shopping, park & playground, tennis courts, beaches, mini golf and Newport. It was ideal for having a cookout at home or walking into town for dinner out or a day at the beach. Our only disappointment was the fact we had to leave after two weeks. We will most definitely be looking for another stay here in the future!

Beautiful RI beach house.

  • 4 of 5

Perfect beach vacation house for large family with kids. Clean, updated windows, locks, fans and airconditioners. Laundry in basement with newer machines. Large bedrooms, upstairs playroom for kids, made for plenty of space for everyone and two indoor shows and one outdoor made beach cleanup quick and easy. Large eat in kitchen. Room to play games in the yard. Easy walking distance to Narragansett Pier, Towers, area. Large playground with multiple playscapes/swings and tennis courts very short walk. Town beach is less than 5 minute drive for pick ups and drop offs. Very pleased with our stay and recommend highly.
