'Casa Archi' is located in the district of San Zeno, one of the oldest and most typical of the historic center of Verona. The arena is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and all the other monuments of the city are easily accessible without a car. The apartment, located in an old building of merit (former barracks in the nineteenth century Habsburg), enjoys a picturesque view over the Adige and is very quiet.
There are two bicycles, included in the price and a parking space in private courtyard of the house at a cost of € 10.00 per day.

fun, stylish, comfortable apartment
We absolutely loved our time in Paola's fun, stylish, comfortable apartment! There was plenty of room for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teens), and the apartments was thoughtfully equipped for our needs (comfortable sofa bed, washer, snacks on arrival, even seat cushions for a night at the Arena opera!). Paola is an absolute delight: friendly, easy to communicate with, and very responsive. And the location of the apartment is ideal: close enough to the Arena and main plazas to walk to, far enough away that it was quiet (and with great views of the river). Definitely our favorite VRBO rental on our 3-week trip to Europe. Thanks, Paola!

Booked this as part of a 3 town tour. 4 nights in Verona and 3 in Bologna. 1 of the 4 in Verona to visit Venice for the day, 1 and a half hours by train at €16 return per Adult, it's a must do.
This Apartment is 20 minutes walk to the main station, be aware there's 2 stations. It's only a 3/4 minute drive at approx €10 however. The owner is lovely, she speaks and writes great English and is a very intelligent lady. A few books in the apartment have been written by and also about her, regarding style and Italian architecture. Her communication throughout the stay and before has been both fast and helpful. The apartment is fully loaded, airconditioning, coffee makers, toaster, washing machine so no need to pack heavy and a decent hairdryer so leave yours at home, everything you want and need is here. The location is amazing, 2 minutes walk to the main town, 1 minute to a supermarket and piazza, local cheap restaurants on the doorstep almost.
You really must stay.
Wonderful - Great Surprise!
Wonderful apartment on the river Adige. Very clean and comfortable with great views of Castelvechhio and a short walk into Verona Centro. Paola, the owner, is lovely and very attentive and easy and pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other visitors coming to Verona.

Paola was the nicest and most accommodating host. The communication with her was easy and smooth, she left us many suggestions of the area, and the entire experience was pleasurable. The apartment is cute, very well decorated, the view is amazing and it is in a prime location! If you are every staying in Verona, this is the place to be! I can't wait to plan another trip back and to stay at this location!!

We were met by the owner who was very helpful. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and well appointed. The kitchen had a generous provision for breakfast. The location is near the city centre. Overall an exceptional experience.
