Duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location, just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 4 guests.

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. White marble flooring contrasts with antiques, aqua-green walls and wallpapered rooms.

On the lower floor is the living-dining area with 2 windows. Furnishings include 2 sofas, a central table and a desk. There is a dining table with seating for 4. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With washing machine.

A corridor leads to the family bathroom. With washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub. Beyond is a twin bedroom (90 x 200cm) with a large built-in wardrobe.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The 2 bedrooms are interior-facing, and therefore very quiet for sleeping.

A door opens to the private terrace, which is furnished with 2 deck chairs, table and chairs. It is partially shaded by a canopy making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Sevillian sunshine.

Celinda is set on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator.

Location, location, location
I stayed at Alfalfa for three weeks, the first week with my family of 4 and thereafter on my own. It is located in the best part of Seville, near Plaza Alfalfa, with several tapas restaurants, 2 bakeries, and basic convenience stores nearby. It is a lovely, bustling, authentic area of town that I grew to love the longer I stayed, as is it is not commercialized or super touristy as many of the other areas closer to the cathedral. That said, it is only about 5 - 20 minute walk in any direction to all of the many beautiful sights of Seville. The beds are comfortable, with nice sheets and the apartment has air conditioning units on each floor. The washing machine was a terrific resource and you dry laundry up on the second floor patio (laundry rack provided). The living room/dining area is a comfortable space for 4, although the furniture is worn as others have suggested (table wobbles so is ok for a bowl of cereal; but not to work; brown couch and writing desk chair seats are sunken). Blue couch is comfortable and where I did all my work. There are lovely tall windows for natural light in the living room and good electrical lighting at night. Bedrooms are private and quiet; bathrooms are nice with tub/shower combo. For people with mobility issues, the stairs to the master bedroom/bath/patio are steep though there is a railing. Also the master bath shower has narrow access/requires some level of agility to safely get in/out. We did not have a problem but just be aware. The patio is lovely and has private curtains you can draw when outside — I loved working there at night. The main street leading to the alley of the apartment has several young bars that are very active at night, but you don't hear them from the bedrooms. I found it safe and secure (there are 3 keys to get in - apartment building front door, elevator, and apartment door). Clean sheets and towels are provided once/week; the apartment manager contacts you in advance to arrange. Our apartment support was wonderful - Damián met us on the street when we arrived (he had to wait a bit as Semana Santa was going on and blocked many streets). Damián is very responsive. We had an issue with the upstairs AC the first night, a couple lightbulbs needed replacement, hairdryer was broken — he replaced everything within 24 hours. The kitchen as well appointed with a half size refrigerator (no freezer). We had a beautiful time and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very good location, tired unit.
Location was very nice maybe 8 out of 10, close to a nice square and loads of restaurants and shopping. Two story unit with steep staircase to the main bedroom and rooftop patio. Furniture was very tired looking and very uncomfortable. Could be such a nice place with a few new pieces of furniture. Kitchen was ok but had a small fridge with ice box inside that had so much ice build up that the door wouldn't stay closed. Overall not a bad place for the money but wished it would have been better. Unit was not very clean. Found lots of long dark Spanish hair all around. We did not complain. Also hot water in shower was intermittent and would get cold and then hot again a minute later. Elevator was out for replacement the full two weeks there and loud construction on it the entire time but was not too bad.

Idéal pour découvrir Séville
Joli appartement, bien décoré comme sur les photos. La terrasse est à l'étage du duplex, avec une grande marche pour y accéder. L'appartement est très silencieux, avec une excellente climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Quelques points d'amélioration : l'eau chaude est difficile à obtenir de façon régulière, il n'y a pas de passoire et pas assez de petites cuillères. L'emplacement est idéal dans le centre historique avec la proximité des bars, restaurants et rues commercantes aux alentours.
