House renovated in 2016 in the Périgord style and adjoining that of the owners. You will have all the necessary comfort in order to spend pleasant moments with family or friends in complete privacy.
With a garden of 1000m2, and without vis-à-vis, the environment lends itself to tranquility and rest.
Located 15 minutes from major tourist sites, the house will bring you calm and freshness after the summer visits.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite located in the tower, a living-dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs.
The set can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Un excellent séjour à la campagne très reposant.

Nous avons séjourné à Saint Avit dans cette splendide maison au milieu des chênes et des châtaigniers. A partir de cette situation, nous avons pu rayonner et visiter les ravissants sites des bords de la Vézère et de la Dordogne. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et d'une propreté remarquable. Il y a de l'espace, et de la tranquillité. Et nos hôtes se sont montrés d'une amabilité et d'une disponibilité parfaite. Nous avons par conséquent passé un agréable séjour.
