Five bedrooms spread between three floors will give you the space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Featuring a private 90’ boat dock, this is the perfect home for boating enthusiasts or you can pack a beach bag and head to the white sand using the private beach access just 200 yards away.

The main living space for the home is located on the second floor. Here, an open floor plan seamlessly joins together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare meals for the whole group in the kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. After dinner you can show for your mixology skills at the wet bar and then choose one of the many balconies to enjoy a stunning sunset and conversation.

The master suite sits on the home’s third floor and is comfortably furnished to ensure relaxation. Private balcony access and a spacious master bathroom with a whirlpool tub complete your master suite. Great place for a nice getaway

We had a lot of fun, beds were cozy and the house was imacculately clean.

Great spot with some small issues

The house is in a fantastic neighborhood that's mostly quiet and has good access to beach and recreational activities. The only complaint I have is that the amenities within the home are very lacking. The cookware consists of 2-3 teflon pans that are so worn down they have to be hazardous to cook with, the teflon is so damaged that the pan is "furry" to the touch. We ended up purchasing a very inexpensive pan and leaving it there in the hope that future guests won't need to cook on the potentially toxic ones that were provided. Other than that the property comes as advertised and management was very responsive. They mention this in the listing, but you will need to provide your own toiletries and what not, which was not a major issue. Also note there is no grill at this location, which was odd for such a home. All in all I would higly recommend but please plan ahead if you want to cook anything there.

Exploring by water

Spacious house convenient to boat launch and everything we wanted to do by water. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and boat trailers. The dock in protected slip made it possible to leave the boats in the water. The management company responded very quickly to text messages. If you like your bedroom super cold at night don’t chose a bedroom on the 3rd floor.

Beautiful Family Friendly House

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 11. We loved everything about the house!!! Cons: we did not receive information about the lock box code. I called the property manager but she did not have the information. Thankfully Megan came to the office, gave us the code, and saved our day!!!! I felt like the walk to the beach was misrepresented. The distance was longer, the road traffic was busy and fast, and there were NO crosswalks or sidewalks. We absolutely loved the house but we will not come back because of the dangerous route walking to the beach.

Wonderful house for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location is great, close to several restaurants and shops. The kitchen is not very well stocked (bring your own cookware minus the very basic essentials). The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but we’ll worth it because we had the beach to ourselves most of the week. We hope to return to the property in the future!
