Charming villa freshly renovated 140m2 full foot quietly nestled on the heights between Porticcio and the tip of Isolella, offering views of the sea and the tip of Isollela - west - providing you with beautiful sunsets .

The private pool of 8mx4m is surrounded by a large garden and a beautiful terrace of 40m2 wood and stones, without any opposite and absolute calm, set back from the traffic. A real haven of peace.
The second sheltered terrace is ideal for meals while enjoying a beautiful view.

The rooms and the living room have air conditioning.
All furniture and bedding are new (March 2018)

It is ideally located, you will be 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport and you can reach the city center of Ajaccio in just 30 minutes.
you can enjoy beautiful beaches nearby such as the beach Agosta surroundings 2 minutes by car - Stagnola surroundings 9 minutes - Ruppione around 10 minutes and the silver beach 12 minutes by car.
The center of Porticcio which is 10 minutes away will offer you many tourist activities as well as all local shops

Super accueil et super résidence avec tout le confort

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil aux parents de Clément qui sont à proximité et la résidence est superbe et très confortable. La localisation est idéale pour faire la côte d’Ajaccio à Bonifacio en faisant aussi Corté … on reviendra avec grand plaisir après cette première découverte de l’île de Beauté qui porte bien son nom !!!

les vacances inoubliables

Cette villa était une bonne découverte pour nous. Elle est très agréable à vivre. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Toutes les pièces sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Nichée dans un cadre verdoyant et située dans une voie sans issue, la propriété n’a qu’un seul vis-à-vis, c’est le superbe coucher du soleil à l’heure de l’apéro ou dîner. Un grand merci a Christine et Christian pour votre gentillesse et efficacité. Nous pensons déjà à l’année prochaine.
