About this property

PETS CONSIDERED - $100 DOLLARS PER PET.

5 bedroom central air conditioned & heated home. Sleeps 8-10, 2.5 bathrooms and an outside, hot water, shower for removing beach sand. Kitchen with granite counter top. 2 short blocks from the semi private beach. In town location, walking distance to the train station (NJCL line), beach, charming shops, high end restaurants, and Twilight Lake duck pond. Front porch, back deck and rear yard.

The property also has a three bedroom, 1 & 1/2 baths, with porch, rental cottage on the creek for rent. (Go to VRBO #570239 for additional information).

Owner will provide eight (8) beach badges which are required for ages 12 and up for beach access during the summer season. Daily badges may be purchased on an as need basis by the renter at the BHIA Office.

Life guard on duty for the kids.

Use caution when using hot water and flammable gas.

Pets considered - $100 dollars per pet.

Bay Head Stay

My family and I rented the house for the week leading up to Labor Day. We had a great time. The house was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect vacation.

The house was perfect for my family. We walked to the ocean with my 2 year old grandson in the wagon. At the corner is a cafe where I got my coffee every morning. People are all very friendly. Sitting in the screened in porch all walking by said hello. We walked to Theresa South for dinner one night. The food was excellent. Also a short drive to Pt Pleasant. My husband said he never felt so relaxed. Thank you Joe.

Bay Head 2023

Every year we rent a house at the Jersey Shore with my parents, brother and his family and my family, this home had plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out and come together to play board games and enjoy meals together. Only two blocks from the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet no loud parties (thank god) I would recommend this home to any large family. The central air was such a delight after coming back from the beach. Enclosed large front porch was the hub of our gaming.

Family Stay over the 4th

We loved the Porch and the location. It was so convenient to the shops, restaurants and most important the Beach! We had a great family week at the beach. Bay Head is the best town on the Jersey Shore!
