This apartment is very central and is conveniently located to the Met (you can choose between Montenapoleone on the yellow line or Cairoli on the red line). If you arrive via train at Milano Centrale then you can go straight to Montenapoleone without having to change lines (very handy if you have luggage). Thanks to previous reviewer Jo W for their advice about G.Cova in via Cusani for coffee, we loved it there too. We can also vouch for the shower head, it works very well and the water pressure and hot water are all great, in fact it was a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet apartment.
The owner was responsive to our emails and the owner's mother met us as arranged and showed us how everything worked. The wifi was good and the apartment was clean and modern. We did wish the washing machine was the in the apartment (it is located in the basement) and having said that, this is by far the best Milan apartment we have rented from an overall, comfort perspective. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment strongly.
We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and everything was correct as in the listing. It was very clean and had everything you would need. It was easy to get to from Milan station and then a quick trip on the metro and a short walk to the apartment. The owner responded very quickly to all my questions. In reply to a previous reviewer my husband fixed the rain shower head and it now works perfectly! Only one small problem, make sure you get the number of the buzzer for the apartment prior to arrival. We were a little late and the assistant was waiting for us in the apartment but we did not know which button to press to alert her of our arrival. The assistant was very pleasant and helpful. We could easily walk to all the attractions of Milan. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
A very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Comfortably furnished. Location is excellent for central sights. Very quiet. We had a wonderful stay. We would love to stay here again. One suggestion for when you arrive is to ensure you receive a full briefing on equipment as some of the notes are out-of-date. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.
The location is very, very good and was one of the factors that helped us cope with an air conditioning problem. The central location is close to a few metro stops, the Duomo, Parco Simpione with the impressive Sforzesco, all the high end shopping areas and restaurants. We stayed in July and the air conditioning did not work well at all and we had trouble sleeping which was very frustrating. We did notify the owner the AC was not working properly and he did come over late at night very soon after we contacted him but there was not much he could do. We stayed in Europe for 3 weeks and rented many apartments and hotels with wall mounted HVAC units typical in Europe, they all worked great. This apartment has an older central HVAC system with minimal settings of low, medium and high, changing all the settings and an older temperature knob did not improve the still warm air inside the apartment at all. We only stayed 2 nights and though we considered checking out and renting a hotel room, we dealt with it, we could not have gone another night though. We did like the apartment itself and again, the location was excellent. There is not a clothes washer or dryer in the apartment and if you need to wash clothes you might have to make arrangements with the owner. The overhead shower head probably needs to be replaced as it did not function properly but the hand held shower hose worked fine. Probably time to put new towels in the apartment as well. If the owner is able to address the AC problem we would have rated this apartment 4-5 stars instead of the 3 stars we felt it deserved given the uncomfortable conditions. Other positive attributes: Clean apartment, very good WIFI connection, 4th floor apartment with an elevator, safe location, secure building, responsive owner.
The owners were sooo accommodating when our flight was late. The apartment is very central to transport but in walking distant of everything anyhow. We were very happy with the apartment - it was clean, comfortable and had all amenities.
This apartment is perfectly located in the Brera area of Milan, easy walking distance to everything including La Scala and Piazza del Duomo. Check-in and out of the apartment was easy. The apartment is very comfortable and great for long or short stays. The apartment is exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Brera district, the most beautiful and oldest in the city, a few minutes walk from Piazza Duomo, in the center.
The street where the apartment is situated is absolutely lovely, romantic and peaceful.

And 'possible to visit on foot the Cathedral, the Castelo Sforzesco, the famous theaters, the Last Supper and shopping in the famous shopping streets Milanese: Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, Via Sant' Andrea, Via Jesus.
Walking through Via Brera worth a glimpse inside the courtyard of the academy and visit the precious Pinacoteca di Brera continuing to walk, you can head towards the center to Piazza della Scala, not before having admired, always in the street Some noble palaces of the city, there is to admire, for example, the sober Baroque Palazzo Cusani, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and some historical Art Galleries.
