About this property

This property was completely renovated as of 5/18/19 and includes hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, 3 beds, 2 baths, master has sliders that open to pool deck, amenities include gas stove, WiFi, cable, fire pit, BBQ, pool and washer/dryer. This is such a quaint peaceful neighborhood that is literally around the corner from the beach and a few minutes away from good restaurants, shopping and nightlife. If you have watercraft, you are welcome to bring them - boats under 20ft, jet skis, kayaks etc. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible so have included items like linens, towels, toiletries, etc so all you need to do is bring your suitcase and get ready to relax. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee to any party staying for more than 2 weeks.

Easter vacation

Cute house in a great, quiet location. Close to shopping, dinning and beaches. Fishing off the backyard dock in canal was fantastic as was the heated pool. Host was quick to respond and to address any of our questions or concerns. The updated kitchen was fabulous. More stairs then we realized, we're old lol, but we had a relaxing, restful vacation with outstanding weather!

Short stay

Had a nice time, very clean, quiet street, brand new Weber grill. Disappointed there wasn't a dishwasher, outside furniture needs to be replaced.

Perfect home for our family getaway

Thank you for a fabulous stay in your beautiful home. It worked out as a very central location for us, as we toured around to the zoo, kayaking with manatees, botanical gardens and beaches. We were able to spend a decent amount of downtime 'at home', where we played card games, video games (we brought out Switch), read, swam in the beautiful screened in pool and lounged indoors and out. We went for evening walks in the very safe and well cared for neighbourhood. The pool was perfect for our needs, the layout of the house was fabulous, with the primary bedroom on the main and kids bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make many meals. We appreciated the laundry machines and storage space for clothes and luggage. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the lush towels. Our host was very attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend this location, I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Great location

We enjoyed the location with short drive to public beaches. Pool was nice as well. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would stay here again.

Naples Vacation

The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck to fish and the private pool was very refreshing in the Florida heat. We did have a few issues that made me not rate it a 5. There was a dead rat that wasn't removed outside under the deck that was putting off quite a smell and while the property owner was receptive to the issue it was not able to be removed while we were there. We also had the ceiling leak during a rain storm that we obviously didn't expect and had to clean up the water off the floor and had to put buckets under several spots by the stairs leaking water into the property. Again, it was a nice property and would recommend the owner.

My name is Rob and I am from Manchester England. I have lived in the US for 30 years and moved to Naples about 8 years ago. What's not to like??? I run a successful construction company downtown, building new homes and remodeling old ones. I really enjoy traveling, boating and relaxing in the sun.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this home several years ago when I tried to buy it from the old owner. The little community is peaceful and the neighbors are really friendly. It's been my dream to own a home on the water and eventually to have a boat. I hope to add a boat and offer charters within the next year or so.

What makes this property unique

There are not many homes that are on the water and have a boat dock and ramp. This is great if you have watercraft. Also, very few homes have gas stoves... something I like about this home a lot. Finally, this is such a charming and unique place. I know everybody who stays here will love it.
