Beautiful contemporary detached house, on vast enclosed grounds with plant beds, comprising: a dining room, a living room with a convertible sofa (for a possible additional bed), a pretty fitted kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140) and cupboards, a bathroom, a terrace, a garage for storage. Separate toilets. Living room opening onto a terrace covered by an electric pergola. Possibility to park on the property. Désagréable séjour

Pour rédiger cet avis, je vais faire de mon mieux pour alerter le lecteur de ce que cette annonce ne dit pas lorsque vous réservez. Je n'ai pas apprécié cette maison car celle ci est donnée pour 5 personnes et à 2 personnes que nous étions, sur certain points, le mobilier ne répond pas. Exemple, le canapé deux petites places, donc impossible de faire venir du monde pour une soirée tranquille et confortable, etc...Je vous conseille de réserver cette maison si vous aimez le bruit ! En effet, en journée et parfois la nuit vous aurez le plaisir d'entendre aboyer ou hurler les chiens des voisins et des environs (suspicion de présence de chenil aux alentours ! à vérifier !). Nous avons prévenu le gérant en charge de cette location qui travaille pour Foncia Oléron à Saint Pierre et celui-ci nous rétorque de son avis éclairé "L'annonce ne parle pas de lieu calme et à ce moment là c'est une maison au milieu des champs qu'il vous faut !". Merci encore pour votre non écoute et ce conseil ou le silence aurait été préféré. Toutefois, pour information, cette maison, avec les quelques autres qui l'entoure de très près, est déjà au milieu des champs. Je passe rapidement sur les quelques odeurs d'égouts le matin dans le salon durant les 6 premiers jours de nos 3 semaines de location prévue, sur la proximité des maisons autour qui vous assure la fumée du barbecue du voisin lorsque vous êtes sur la terrasse que vous quittez rapidement avec les yeux qui pleurent, sur les travaux de terrassement chez le voisin d'en face qui vous assurent que vous ne ferez aucune grasse matinée, sur la curiosité du garage qui ne permet en aucune façon de rentrer votre véhicule à l'intérieur, etc...., etc...., etc.... Je fini en vous alertant sur les pratiques de gestion de Foncia Oléron (soyez vigilant) concernant la phase de constat de l'état des lieux à votre départ. Elles sont contestables et je les ai contesté avec gain de cause. Je pense avoir fais passer mon ressenti sur cette location, qui reste subjectif mais issu d'une véritable expérience. Depuis des années ou je viens sur l'île, c'est la première fois que je vis cela (à méditer !).
