Situated in the centre of a hectares 230 private estate, Piccolo Peccioli forms part of a tiny hamlet of three farmhouses and enjoys spectacular unbroken views over woods, vineyards, olive groves and distant hills. Dining area on covered terrace for up to 12 people and garden/lawn with extra garden furnishing. Shared pool surrounded by paving and lawn area with ample room for peace and relaxation. Three Air Conditioned bedrooms sleeping 6 people (Two double, and one bedroom with two single beds) Two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and comfortable sitting room with open fireplace and TV.
Linens are provided on arrival, and clean linens provided on a weekly basis for longer stays. Free wireless internet.

Perfect Stay in glorious Tuscany

Everything about our stay here exceeded expectations. The farmhouse was perfect, charming, comfortable and very characteristic. Diana is a wonderful host, always attentive and available. The surrounding countryside is glorious and ther are many little villages, attractions and wineries within a half hour drive. Diana was very generous and left us FOUR bottles of their local wine, a bottle of local olive oil and some delicious cantucci which was much appreciated. She even brought some pastries for one of our group having a birthday. In short, we could not have been happier and would like to sincerely thank Diana and her husband for this amazing experience.

Amazing villa

What an amazing place. Our stay at Piccolo Peccioli was everything I had hoped it would be. The view, the peace, the quiet were beyond expectation. Thank you Diana, for an amazing place to stay and unwind. Not to mention the location invites exploration of the countryside as well as convience to the city. Again, I cant say amazing enough.

We hebben een week gelogeerd in Scandicci, prachtig midden in de natuur Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en uitzicht is echt geweldig Mooi zwembad erbij Vanuit hier zijn we naar Florence geweest Lucca enz Lekkere wijn gekocht , wat wil een mens nog meer

Tuscan rural retreat

We loved Diana’s house- one of 3 rural houses sharing a beautiful refreshing pool with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. Very private and rustic. An easy 15 minute commute to the tramvia to Florence and under an hour to Vinci, sienna and Pisa. A/c in bedrooms helps with 95 degree temps and shaded terrace is great for breakfasts and dinners Al fresco.

I am 65 years old and of half Swedish and half English birth. Now happily married to an Italian and we have two grown-up sons, Nicolo and Guido. My husband and I live in the main villa on a wine and olive oil estate which has belonged to my husband's family for over 500 years, and the villa we offer to you is one of the original farm houses on this estate. We are very much 'hands on' and try to give guests the maximum help and comfort possible. The area is beautiful, and private, and yet within a few minutes of main routes to a large number of wonderful cities in Tuscany, principally of course Florence.
