1 bedroom apartment overlooking the sea and the South Coast of the Island.

Come and wake up to the chirping of birds to the sounds of nature. Having a vacation in a warm, quiet and harmonious environment. With a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean and the South Coast of the Island.


We have at your disposal an outdoor space with swimming pool, changing rooms, barbecue, fruit flavors and a vegetable garden, that whenever they want can consume the products that are there. Private parking. It is an extremely safe place.

We are always available for everything we needed.

Nearby there is a 3-minute walk grocery stores and library, there are several restaurants, Club Naval Nautical, natural pools, beach, supermarkets. We are 10 km from one of the island icons, the Fire Lagoon, one of the required points to be visited.

It has a taxi rank and bus near the house, 3 minute walk.

Little piece of heaven

This little apartment was the perfect base to explore the amazing island of Sao Miguel. On the edge of Lagoa, it was like we were in the city and the country at the same time. Ana provided maps to numerous hikes which we appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed and returning to the pool area afterwards was a nice way to cool down. The view is truly wonderful, if only we could have enjoyed it drinking our morning coffee (apartment only had an espresso machine).

Prachtig uitzicht en geweldige gastvrouw

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk welkom geheten en stond er een mand klaar met locale producten en champagne. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is schitterend en alle nodige voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. De gastvrouw en haar gezin doen er alles aan om je welkom te laten voelen en zijn bereid te helpen wanneer je ergens niet uit komt. Enige te benoemen nadeel van de locatie is dat het ietwat ver van een supermarkt verwijderd is. We hebben verder ontzettend van het verblijf genoten en raden dit optrekje zeker aan wanneer je een natuurliefhebber bent en houdt van rust.

30.07.2016 Fantastische Aussicht in gemütlicher Wohnung mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der tollen Wohnung mit unglaublicher Aussicht in Lagoa. Alles ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Wir genossen die Stille und Ruhe in der naturnahen Umgebung, und trotzdem war man schnell in der Hauptstadt.

Beim Haus dürften wir den Pool mitbenutzen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung bestens weiter empfehlen.

Excelente alojamento integrado numa belíssima propriedade com todas as condições para uma estadia inesquecível! A poucos minutos de Ponta Delgada e perto das principais vias de comunicação que dão acesso a toda a ilha, este alojamento fica situado na parte de cima de uma bonita moradia da pacata zona de Santa Cruz (Lagoa) onde habitam os proprietários, muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros, que nos dão acesso sem compromissos a toda a área exterior da propriedade, nomeadamente a um belo jardim, uma fantástica piscina com vistas excepcionais, uma área de refeição exterior com barbecue, horta, lugar de estacionamento, etc. Nas áreas exclusivas aos hospedes, amplas, limpas e confortáveis, é garantida a privacidade desejável. As imagens falam por si mas não são suficientes para revelar todo o encanto que é possível desfrutar nesses espaços. As áreas comum serão igualmente partilhadas com o Lorde e com o Ruca, os dois cães dos proprietários que, podendo à primeira vista parecer ameaçadores, são muito ternurentos e adoram mimos e atenção. Os proprietários não pouparão esforços para o ajudar a tornar a sua estadia na maravilhosa ilha de São Miguel numa experiência inesquecível! Recomendamos vivamente!
