SeaShells Holiday Apartments - 2 Bedroom.

This brand new spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located just 150 metres away from the Seafront and the lovely Promenade of Bugibba in St Paul's Bay.
Apartment has many comforts, like Air Conditioning unit in every room, Insect Screens, well equipped kitchen, nice sofa beds with chaisse lounge, FREE WiFi in all rooms, 32inch IPTVs, fans, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and nice balconies and terraces. The terraces are at the back and can accommodate 4 persons to dine on a 70cm diameter round table.
In the area, there are several shops, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets, etc. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and with air-conditioning.
It is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 1 & 2 bedroom flats).
This 70 sqm apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (max 3 single beds each or as guest prefers (we can do double beds too), one bathroom with shower, L shape kitchen dining and living area with double sofa bed and extra bed. It can accommodate up to 8-9 people.

NOTICE: Having the promenade so close, one can see a bit the sea from the balconies/Terraces, however we do not guarantee any sea views or floor level.

*Utilities Consumption*
- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

En god ferie i Bugibba
Lejligheden og ankomsten og alt derom var rigtig dejligt. Lejligheden ligger tæt på de meste i Bugibba. Derudover lige der en strand meget tæt på og også meget tæt på indkøbsbutikker. Der var også godt med aircondition. Vi synes også at prisen for strøm i forhold til mængden man “må bruge” var helt rimelig og mængden også helt fin. Vi kunne helt klart finde på at komm tilbage igen:)

Non potevamo fare scelta migliore
Appartamento molto spazioso e arioso con tutti i comfort necessari, ben 3 terrazzini 2 dei quali vista mare, le nostre colazioni sono state Super. Ottime relazioni con la proprieta molto disponibile e premurosa, ci hanno da subito seguiti, ma con discrezione in modo da offrire il miglior servizio possibile facendoci sentire graditi ospiti. L appartamento è collocato in ottima posizione per chi vuole servizi a pochi passi ma allo stesso tempo vuole organizzarsi gli intinerari per conoscere l isola! Malta stupenda consiglio assolutamente GatawaysMalta di Neville & Ruth Galea.

Die Wohnung war wirklich gut, ABER
Die Wohnung war wirklich gut, weitestgehend sauber. Die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dennoch begannen am Haus und am Nachbarhaus jeden(!) morgen - also auch am Sonntag- um Punkt 7.00 Uhr die Bauarbeiten mit Bohrhammer usw. Damit war auch klar, woher der feine Sand in der Wohnung stammte. Eigentlich eine sehr gute Wohnung zu dem Preis und so nah am Zentrum und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Ich fand es deswegen ärgerlich, weil das in der Beschreibung hätte stehen müssen, denn die Bauarbeiten waren keine einfachen Sanierungsarbeiten, sondern Arbeiten, um eine ganze Etage drauf zu setzen. Und so etwas wird geplant und lange vorher angekündigt - nur eben nicht uns, was wie gesagt sehr schade war. Die organisierten Taxis vom und zum Flughafen würde ich auch nicht mehr nehmen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen verspätete sich und der Fahrer fand unser Haus sehr lange nicht. Auf dem Rückweg zum Flughafen war ich kurz davor auszusteigen, weil der Fahrer so gefahren ist, dass ich Angst um mein Leben hatte. Unser Sohn stieg kreidebleich aus dem Taxi. Also organisiert Euren Transfer lieber selbst. Die Autovermietung dagegen lief einfach super. Alles in allem also Sonnen- und Schattenseiten.

Good location, good apartment, good owners
We have stayed at Seashells before and were pleased to be back. As it says in the listing, the apartment is close to Bugibba seafront and gives easy access to bars, restaurants and shops that are open tourist hours. It is easy to be self-sufficient in this well-appointed apartment, and the friendly owners are always ready to help, if needed. A good base to stay and to enjoy the rest of Malta. We have no hesitation in staying here again.
