Wonderful Stay in San Sebastian

We had the pleasure of staying in this property during our visit to San Sebastian. The Location was exceptional. The spaciousness of the well appointed apartment was more than we could have asked for. The included secure, parking under the catherderal was perfect. And lastly, the onsite property manager, Artiz Carreras, was a delight. He made him available to us, and was generous with his time to show us through the aprtment and make recommendations that futher made our stay a memorbale. Thank you Artiz!! We will return!!

Good but not great

The flat is quite well located, being about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and the beach.

With just a few extra touches this could be a great flat. Things that were annoying/not quite there:

* Not enough loo roll provided for a longer stay (5 nights)

* No spare towels provided

* No kitchen starters (oil,salt etc) you will have to buy everything

* Broken Wine glass on arrival

* Toilet flush broke during stay, contacted owner with no response.

Apart from this, everything was fine.

Great location and well maintained

This rental was just fine for two couples spending a few days in San Sebastian/Donostia. The apartment is well located, facing out on a pedestrian street with a few bars and restaurants. That street was busy in the evenings but the high-quality windows and doors meant that it was not disruptive. The manager met us on time, introduced us to the suite's features, and offered ongoing assistance if needed. The property was well maintained and clean. Our only small quibble was with the outfitting of the kitchen, which could have used a few more glasses, including wine glasses which we'd expected as they were visible in the rental photos on the site. That was ballanced by the fact the rest of the kitchen was well equipped, including with decent cooking knives.

4 star+, very good apartment, great location + parking, could be 5 if...

5 adults, stayed for 4 nights in winter, like cooking

Good 1) very well located by commercial pedestrian street, near cathedral and old shopping district, near great food market (st martin) and wine shop; 2) apartment spacious and well laid out, very comfortable for 5 - stayed in a good amount and just wanted to hang out 3) everything works, heater in bathroom 4) good communication and responsiveness 5) reserved parking in cathedral lot 6) pricing for our period very fair 7) can cook & eat meals for 5 (with a little planning with respect to pots and pans)

Could be improved/small negatives 1) Could be better provisioned - maybe starter kit for kitchen, almost nothing? 2) Get new pots and pans 3) we arrived Dec 26 at 5pm, apartment not yet made up. So we went out for shopping + dinner. When we came back apartment was very clean, but could have used more toilet paper, kitchen paper towels. Anyway, when we sms'd Aritz he was ready to supply but my kids bought provisions already. Also it's just after xmas so I give the benefit of the doubt. 4) bottom refrigerator drawer can't be opened because of how the cabinet is configured so you can't use it. It's still a big ref but extra space could be useful if many in your group.

Overall very good. Would stay again. Fixing small items would make it 5 star.
